Location: Madrid – Zona Barajas Responsibilities: Review and process various expense payments and accounting entries. Issue/receive invoices, verify and confirm billing, and handle payment settlements. Prepare various financial analysis reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and process various expense payments and accounting entries.
  • Issue/receive invoices, verify and confirm billing, and handle payment settlements.
  • Prepare various financial analysis reports.
  • Prepare the company’s annual budget reports.
  • Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, cost expenses, and bank accounts.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and accountants, including preparing and organizing required documentation.
  • Operate and manage the company’s business system on a daily basis.
  • Assist the General Manager and HR Manager with other administrative and HR-related tasks.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Valid residence permit allowing work in Spain.
  • College degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and skilled in office software, especially Excel, with strong data analysis and statistical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, patient, with strong learning ability and communication skills.
