As a student or recent graduate, join our Regulatory Service team in the mission to provide best-in-class global support in documentation. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from our talented team and start your career in the Global Regulatory Services!
Your key responsabilities:
- Be part of the RSC (Regulatory Service Center) for Documentation, to manage and provide our Kosher and Halal certificates, globally;
- Provide support (administrative, organizational, technical) to the RSC team;
- Use, after training, our internal software systems to answer Kosher and Halal worldwide customer’s requests;
- Be involved in internal improvement projects related to Religious Compliance
- The possibility to acquire Regulatory Documentation experience in the Fragrance and Flavor business.
- 6 to 12 months agreement;
- A customized training program;
- Support and monitoring of your professional development;
- Retribution in line with the program expectation;
- Work schedule flexible to be compatible with your studies;
- To be part of a company shaping a strong legacy through breakthrough industrial innovations and technology
- You are a student in your last year or a recent graduate (<3 years) in the following areas: Administration, Data and documents Management, Math, Statistics, Chemistry or another related scientific field and eligible for the program;
- Intermediate level of English, specially read and write;
- You are an advanced user of Microsoft Office;
- You are a forward looking and creative thinker, with hands-on mentality, service oriented, with good organizational skills, and with high attention to detail;
- You are highly motivated to learn, with a good attitude, able to understand procedures and follow internal guidelines, detecting new ways to improve.
