We are looking for a Junior HR Generalist with the desire and appetite to continue growing within the solar energy market as part of a company where he/she can have the vision of the company's strategy and be an active part of business development.

We are part of one of the most booming sectors and we are in an exciting business moment. Some of the main duties will be:


  • Provide support in different stages of the recruitment process, which might include job advertising, interviewing coordination, appraisal process or interviewing candidates.
  • Co-coordinating with the responsible of the onboarding agenda.
  • Participate in the implementation of new HR policies.
  • Support in all the internal communication initiatives.
  • Support in administrative tasks of any kind related to HR.
  • Help in the organization of CSR Activities and other internal activities.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
  • Help in creating our internal Employee new space.
  • Building an internal reporting tool.



Knowledge, Skills and individual background:


  • Minimum experience of 2 years in similar roles
  • Desirable experience in Recruitment, communication and SharePoint.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, cultural sensitivity and global mindset.
  • Good command of the English language (verbal and written).
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills needed to be effective in a fast-paced high-energy company.
  • Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high-quality work while at the same time, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers.


(Temporary contract: 9 months approximately)
