Responsabilities:

• Gather and validate information from account teams and production departments
• Verify usage details for all content assets (visual talent, music, voice-over talent), ensuring comprehensive coverage for the intended period of use
• Actively participate in project status meetings to monitor timelines and track campaigns expiration dates
• Negotiating campaign renewals and extensions
• Generate reports related to billing and asset utilisation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree Law
• Master in Intellectual Property is a plus
• Advanced English level (oral and written)
• Microsoft Office (advanced Word and Excel)
• Interest in audiovisual production and advertising campaigns
• Commercial skills (negotiation with rightsholders, talents and other suppliers)
• Previous experience is a plus
• High level of organization
• Atention to details
• Analytical thinking ability
• Problem Solving
