We are currently seeking a dynamic professional to optimize financial processes and maintain the EPM tool OneStream. This role involves configuring applications, ensuring their integration with other systems, leading the development of new applications, and providing user support and training. Additionally, the position includes managing SQL databases for financial data analysis and designing dashboards and reports, translating findings into valuable insights for senior management.

What You Will Do

• Financial Process Integration and Optimization: Collaborate with finance teams to analyze and optimize financial workflows, recommending enhancements or new technologies to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and compliance.
• Development and Maintenance of OneStream: Configure and maintain OneStream applications, integrating with other systems, and lead the development of new applications or extensions, ensuring service continuity and consistency
• User Support and Training: Provide user support and training for OneStream-related tasks and troubleshooting.
• SQL Database Management and Data Analysis: Use SQL to query, manipulate, and analyze financial data across various databases and systems. Collaborate with IT to maintain data integrity and optimize database performance.
• Reporting and Analytics: Design and develop financial dashboards and reports, track key metrics, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights for senior management.
• Data Consistency and Accuracy: Ensure data consistency and accuracy across all financial reporting platforms.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Financial Expertise: Possess a solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory environments, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Adaptable to fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and tight deadlines, with a willingness to learn new systems, tools, and financial regulations as needed.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional meetings, workshops, and drive team consensus
• Adaptability and Time Management: Adaptable to fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and tight deadlines, and eager to learn new systems, tools, and financial regulations as needed.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in OneStream and familiar with database technologies like SQL, the GCP platform, and reporting tools such as Looker and PowerBI.
