Research area or group: Marketing, Communication & Fundraising department

Main Tasks and responsibilities:

· Compose and refine written materials for various communication channels.

· Manage updates and audience engagement on ICN2 digital platforms.

· Provide logistical support for institutional events and scientific conferences.

· Participate in developing and executing marketing initiatives and fundraising campaigns.

· Assist with the collection and analysis of marketing data to inform strategic decisions.

· Carry out routine departmental administrative tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

· Education required: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master's program in Scientific Communication or related field.

· Knowledge required:

Strong foundation in marketing and communication principles.

Proficiency in content creation and social media management.

Basic understanding of fundraising and event planning.

Familiarity with scientific topics or the scientific community is highly regarded.

·Professional Experience: Not required, but any previous internships or volunteer work in marketing, communication, or related fields is beneficial.

Summary of conditions:

Schedule: Flexible work hours, part-time or full-time, to be coordinated with the department's head.

Desired total internship hours: To be determined based on the intern's availability and program requirements, aiming for a minimum of 300 hours for an optimal learning experience.
