Som Onboarding Account Manager bliver du ansvarlig for at støtte nye små og mellemstore virksomhedskunder under deres første faser i platformens annoncerings- eller serviceøkosystem. Dine kerneopgaver omfatter at rådgive om opsætning, funktioner, muligheder og optimering af deres konti. Du vejleder kunderne gennem arbejdsgange, hjælper dem med at forstå værktøjer og sikrer, at deres opsætning er korrekt og klar til at fungere effektivt.
Daglige ansvarsområder inkluderer håndtering af planlagte online møder, opfølgning via e-mail, gennemgang af kundedata, identifikation af behov og skræddersyning af onboardingplaner. Du vil samarbejde med forskellige interne teams for at sikre problemfri implementering, kvalitet og en professionel kundeoplevelse. Rollen kræver tålmodighed, empati og evnen til at oversætte tekniske processer til letforståeligt sprog for kunderne.
Arbejdsrytmen er struktureret med faste arbejdstider, tydelige mål og mulighed for løbende coaching. Du vil arbejde i et globalt miljø med kolleger fra mange forskellige lande, hvilket giver et inkluderende, dynamisk og moderne arbejdsmiljø. Arbejdet foregår primært remote, dog kan der lejlighedsvis være mulighed for møder eller træning på kontor.

Job Description
