• Lead group financial controlling activities, ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial and management reporting.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes in an international environment.
• Develop and consolidate operational reporting models to support data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee financial and analytical accounting, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Act as a key finance business partner to senior management, providing insight on performance, cash flow and profitability by business unit.
• Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, tools and systems, with a strong focus on scalability and efficiency.
• Actively participate in strategic projects such as investments, financing initiatives, cost optimisation and working capital management.
• Promote financial discipline and accountability across operational teams.
• Gradually assume broader strategic finance responsibilities as part of a structured development path towards CFO.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Minimum 8-12 years' experience in financial controlling, accounting or corporate finance roles, ideally within industrial, manufacturing or operationally complex environments.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Previous experience in international organisations and/or fast-growing or transforming companies.
• Hands-on profile, able to combine strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate financial data into clear business recommendations.
• Confident communicator, capable of interacting with senior management and non-financial stakeholders.
• High-potential profile with clear ambition to progress into a CFO role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
