The corporate headquarters of a multinational Service sector group is seeking a Head of Group FP&A and Reporting for its Madrid offices. The group is entering a new phase of acceleration, scale-up and international growth. The ideal candidate will have approximately 8-10 years of finance experience. A minimum of 2-3 years of prior experience working as an Auditor in a Big 4 is a must, followed by at least 3-4 years experience as an FP&A Manager/ Business Controller, or in a similar role within a multinational environment. Experience in a small-medium sized multinational group. Experience working in a multinational Services sector company or fast-growing environments is mandatory. Experience managing several international subsidiaries is very desirable. A strong affinity for IT, digitalization, automation, BI, and AI applied to finance is required. The group is entering a new phase of acceleration, scale-up and international growth. To support this next chapter of the Group, we are looking for a Head of Group FP&A and Reporting focused on financial performance, management reporting, forecasting, cash conversion and Finance transformation. Reporting directly to the Group CVO, the successful candidate will play a key operational role in strengthening the Group's performance management framework, improving financial visibility and supporting the execution of the Group's growth and value creation priorities. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:



Performance Management & Business Intelligence

• Lead Group budgeting, forecasting and Business Reviews under the direction of the Group CVO.
• Develop KPI dashboards and performance monitoring tools.
• Deliver actionable insights to support management decision-making.
• Strengthen performance visibility across countries and business units.
• Coordinate performance follow-up with local Finance teams.

• Analyse IFRS 15 contract assets, backlog and sales pipeline.
• Monitor unbilled revenue and invoicing conversion.
• Improve revenue predictability, cash visibility and Working Capital performance.
• Support EBITDA-to-Cash optimisation initiatives across the Group.
• Track DSO, collections and cash generation trends.
• Identify and follow up operational actions to improve cash conversion.

• Prepare Board, Management and investor reporting packages for review by the Group CVO.
• Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
• Ensure reliable, transparent and actionable management information.
• Improve the quality, consistency and timeliness of Group management reporting.

• Support the Group CVO in acquisition analysis and investment business cases.
• Provide financial modelling and analytical support as required.
• Support post-acquisition integration and synergy tracking.
• Support the execution of value creation initiatives across the Group.
• Support the integration of acquired businesses into the Group's reporting and performance management framework.

• Support Finance automation and digital transformation projects.
• Contribute to the implementation of reporting, FP&A and Business Intelligence tools.
• Help build a scalable, efficient and data-driven Finance performance and reporting framework.
• Support the standardisation of performance management processes across countries.

• Work closely with the statutory and consolidation Finance function to ensure consistency between management reporting and statutory financial information.
• Support reconciliation between management reporting and accounting data.
• Contribute operationally to closing processes where required for management reporting purposes.
• Ensure that management reporting requirements are appropriately reflected in the information produced by the statutory Finance function.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• University Degree in Business or Finance.
• MBA or Master's in Finance, an advantage.
• The ideal candidate will have around 8-10 years of professional experience.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of prior experience working as an Auditor in a Big 4 is a must.
• Additional experience of minmum 3-4 years in FP&A, Business Controlling or Performance Management, in a multinational environment is a must.
• Experience in a small-medium sized multinational group.
• Experience working in a multinational service-sector company or fast-growing environments is mandatory.
• Experience managing several international subsidiaries is very desirable.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong understanding of P&L, Working Capital and cash flow dynamics.
• Experience in a Private Equity, sponsor-backed or scale-up environment would be a strong plus.
• Strong affinity for IT, digitalization, automation, BI, and AI applied to finance.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent English required.
• Spanish strongly preferred.
• French is a plus.
• Hands-on, structured and execution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and business partnering skills.
