• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating closely with hiring teams to fully understand their needs and identify the best talent.
• Act as a trusted partner, providing market insights, strategic recommendations, and support throughout the decision-making process.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies, especially for challenging roles, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing resources.
• Use data to continuously improve our hiring processes by identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Contribute to strengthening our employer brand, creating content and participating in initiatives that reflect who we are as a company.
• Represent the company at events and educational partnerships, helping to build a strong future talent pipeline.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience using sourcing tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong internal client orientation and the ability to build trusted partnerships.
• A proactive, resilient mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluency in English and Spanish. French and Italian are a plus.
