At MiiN Cosmetics, we are pioneers in bringing the best of Korean beauty to Europe. Our passion for K-Beauty drives everything we do. Join our team and contribute to our operations by supporting our Purchasing and Product departments in managing logistics and administrative tasks.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, from order placement to final delivery.

Please Note

  • This is a junior position.
  • This position will be based in Barcelona.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Enter orders into the SAGE system and track their progress.
  • Purchase non-commercial materials and products.
  • Control and administrative and logistical management of imports from China and Korea, up to their release in Spain.
  • Resolution of incidents related to imports (coordinate with suppliers and logistics agents, manage documentation and customs procedures, etc.).
  • Update and track orders and related documents and reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the Product and Purchasing departments.
  • Perform other ad-hoc analyses.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a logistics and purchasing department, managing Asian suppliers in administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and experience in importing goods via sea, air, and land, and managing related documentation.
  • Experience with invoicing is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Chinese is a plus. A portion of the interview will be conducted in English.
  • We are looking for someone organized, methodical, accustomed to working in fast-paced environments, and comfortable working with reports.

Minimum Requirements
