Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations in Spain and Denmark

• Assist with reporting

• Take ownership of expense management and spend optimization

• Analyze financial data to support strategic investments and business planning

• Evaluate and adopt new financial technologies and automation tools

• Lead negotiations with banks and investors

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in finance; legal expertise is a plus

• Driven, highly detail-oriented, and capable of working independently

• High integrity and strong sense of ownership

• Fluent in English and Spanish

• Holds a valid driver’s license and owns a car for occasional travel

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving startup environment

Bonus Skills

• Legal background in financial or corporate law

• Experience with fintech tools, automation, or digital transformation

• Familiarity with cross-border finance and compliance
