Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Technical Sales & Project Manager to manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and lead project execution within a manufacturing environment. This role acts as the key link between customers and internal teams, ensuring successful project delivery, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop client relationships, understanding customer needs and coordinating solutions with internal teams.

Prepare, review, and follow up on quotations, project proposals, and engineering change requests.

Identify new business opportunities and support business development initiatives.

Conduct cost analysis and support quality audits when required.

Lead new project launches, process improvements, and engineering changes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Coordinate with production, engineering, maintenance, systems, finance, suppliers, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and maintain standard project workflows, planning tools, and best practices across operations.

Requirements

Experience in Technical Sales, Project Management, Business Development, or a similar industrial/manufacturing role.

Strong customer-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage quotations, project planning, cost analysis, and project execution.

Fluent English (B2+), with confidence leading meetings and presentations.

Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset.

Good knowledge of MS Office and business processes
