The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, exceptional networking abilities, and a proven track record of originating successful M&A deals. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in identifying and structuring strategic transactions that drive growth and value for our clients.

Your Tasks:

• Lead deal sourcing efforts by actively engaging with potential targets and negotiating terms.

• Oversee the deal origination process, from initial contact through negotiation and due diligence, to deal execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive deal proposals, including strategic rationale and potential synergies.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
• Speak fluent Spanish
• Proven track record of originating and executing successful M&A transactions, with a strong network of industry contacts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
