Iterate to Move Fast💨

We work on small iterations. We don't like long processes and infinite meetings to ship value to our users. Our approach is to build an MVP of every feature, get it out to users, listen to feedback and iterate on it, this is how we are able to move fast!

We built and launched an MVP in 1 month (with 2 engineers), signed our first customer shortly after and raised our first round within 3 months!

The Role

We're looking for a Founder Associate to be part of our small fast growing team working directly with our founders across a wide variety of strategic and operational topics. You'll be handed difficult problems to solve with the aim to deliver impeccable solutions in a fast-paced and ultra-ambitious environment.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, multi-talented individual who wants to see the inside of a fast-moving startup and work closely with the founders. The ideal candidate is a future entrepreneur or executive who is willing to work hard and do a wide variety of tasks helping develop the overall mission, strategy and running the day to day of the business.

Requirements

What you'll be doing

As a Founder associate, you'll help us shape and manage our organitzation and work in strategic projects.

• Work directly with our Co-Founder & CEO by actively participating in the coordination and management of all topics that are important to the founders
• Identify problems, carry out analysis, design solutions and execute them
• Support the CEO with pitch decks, financial modelling and investor updates
• Help define and track OKR's across the company and support their achievement.
• Collaborate with different teams within the company to help find problems and deliver solutions
• Help with hiring for key roles and training when needed
• Drive strategic priorities and special projects that are most important to the success of the company, ensuring best in class results
• Managing some of the financial admin work
  
  

Requirements

• Background: Experience working in a high-growth, venture-backed startup, a top tier management consulting firm or investment banking, advanced experience in Excel and PowerPoint (or similar in GoogleSuite)
• Problem solver: you don't see problems at all, simply see things to solve them
• Can do attitude: Everything is possible, you don't take no for an answer
• Be organised: Generally work in an extraordinarily structured way, and apply your structured approach to every task at hand
• Get shit done: Ability to take initiative to drive initiatives forward. Envision the right outcome and put together a plan to achieve it
• Team player: Excellent collaboration skills while working with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver on large projects
• Excellent communication: communicate complicated concepts in simple terms. Our business is international so English fluency is a must
• Data-driven approach: define the key metrics for your solution and understand the impact of a proposed business change
• Be passionate
• Given the importance of the role you will play in the company, this is a hybrid role that requires some days in the office in London to be close to the core team
