Quality Engineer
Your Tasks
- Inspection & Process Documentation: Develop and maintain inspection instructions for aeronautical structures and prepare all technical documentation (process sheets, visual work instructions, PFMEA).
- Inspection & Process Documentation:
- Process Definition & Optimization: Define, update, and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes aligned with design requirements, internal standards, and industrialization of new products or design changes.
- Process Definition & Optimization:
- Control Plans & Quality Methodologies: Coordinate control plans with inspection points, KC/KD characteristics, and acceptance criteria, while implementing and monitoring APQP methodologies.
- Control Plans & Quality Methodologies:
- Nonconformities & Root Cause Analysis: Analyze nonconformities, lead root cause investigations using 8D, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys, and define corrective and preventive actions.
- Nonconformities & Root Cause Analysis:
- Technical Support & Tooling Definition: Provide technical support during manufacturing, assembly, and inspection, and define the necessary tooling and equipment for product inspection and validation.
- Technical Support & Tooling Definition:
- KPIs & Continuous Improvement: Monitor key process indicators (KPIs), promote continuous improvement actions based on Lean Manufacturing, reduce waste, and ensure compliance with aeronautical standards.
- KPIs & Continuous Improvement:
With this you convince us
- Quality & APQP Expertise: Proficiency in APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and a full range of quality tools.
- Aerospace Standards & Technical Interpretation: Knowledge of aeronautical standards and inspection requirements, with the ability to interpret 2D/3D drawings, CAD models, BOMs, NCRs, and technical documentation.
- CAD & Systems Tools: Skilled in CAD software such as CATIA, NX, and Creo, along with operational experience in SAP.
- Lean Methodologies: Familiarity with Lean tools including VSM, 5S, Kaizen, and Poka‑Yoke.
- Fluent English level
