About the role:
We are looking for a Content Creator with a strong creative mindset and proven experience developing engaging content for social media. This role involves ideating, producing, and editing high-quality content that brings brand stories to life across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands digital culture, knows how to identify trends, and can turn ideas into visually compelling, on-brand content. You’ll collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and social teams to ensure that every piece of content connects with audiences and drives results.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Ideate and create content creator concepts for monthly and real-time social media calendars.
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with annual brand strategies.
- Conceptualize and produce ideas for collaborations with influencers.
- Write scripts, captions, and copy derived from creative concepts.
- Record and produce content pieces.
- Identify daily trends and opportunities — especially on TikTok — and create original content that aligns with the brand’s tone and presence.
- Analyze content performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, accounts, creative, and social teams.
- Maintain direct communication with clients and multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience producing and recording content for various brands. Experience working with brands that have large and diverse product portfolios is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience filming on location or at events, interacting with people, influencers, etc.
- Experience in the ideation and production of content for brand strategies, ongoing calendars, and campaigns.
- Experience creating and producing influencer content ideas.
- Experience managing brand content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and how to adapt content to maximize performance.
- Creative ability to ideate impactful, dynamic, and relevant content.
- Attention to detail and high-quality standards in both visuals and copywriting.
- Proven experience identifying trends and opportunities, and engaging creatively with them through brand content.
- Experience interacting with social media communities — not just answering questions or issues, but also engaging creatively with brand lovers and joining trending conversations with a relatable tone.
- Knowledge of image and video editing tools (Adobe Suite, CapCut) for social media content production and editing.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Agency experience is highly desirable.
- Language: Advanced level of English will be assessed at interview by The Talent Team.
