As an Associate you will typically work in a team of 2 to 4 consultants and focus on defining and evaluating strategies for our clients in different projects by:

• Support structuring and establish hypothesis that would solve client’s issues
• Own data analysis and market research workstreams that confirm/refuse initial hypothesis
• Suggest conclusions from the quantitative and qualitative information gathered
• Draw clear presentations that help communicate our recommendations
  
  

At Strategy&, Interns are not assigned to specific industries which help them develop broader strategy capabilities and gather knowledge on different industries (Healthcare, Consumer good, Industrial Products, TIC, Energy, Financial Services, Public Sector,…)

Typical qualifications of successful candidates:

• Typical fields of study include double degrees Engineering and double degrees (Business administration and Law) but are not exclusive
• Outstanding oral and written skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory (as it is the preferred language for most of the engagements)
• Possibility to join our Barcelona offices.
