Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support in Spanish
- Manage customer inquiries via multiple channels efficiently
- Document interactions and solutions in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Achieve individual KPIs while delivering outstanding service
- Spanish: Native / C2
- English: B2 (mandatory)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work remotely from Greece or in the Athens office
- Valid work permit for Greece or the EU required
- Open to relocating and starting a new life in Greece
- Salary: 1,045 euros * 14 months
- 2 weeks hotel accommodation + flight ticket (within EU)
- Airport pickup
- Real estate agency fee

- If local: WAH from anywhere in Greece
