Program Overview

Sanofi’s Graduate Program is a 12-month full-time opportunity for recent graduates to immerse themselves in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will gain invaluable insights, expand your professional network, and follow a structured learning path to accelerate your career.

• Global Innovation Center: Data Science, Digital R&D, Data Analytics, Digital Supply Chain, ITS Finance.

Who are we looking for?

• Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred).
• Curiosity, innovation, and a drive to make an impact.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to pursue an official training program during the year of the Graduate Program.
