we’re not your average “marketing team.” scuff isn’t here to advertise. we provoke. we blur lines between hype, chaos, and social movement. your job is to make people feel something: urgency, envy, obsession, and turn that into motion.

what you’ll do:

• design and execute campaigns that don’t look like campaigns. real-world drops, flash moments, and digital stunts that make people talk.
• work with the core team to sync launches, pop-ups, and nightlife collabs.
• manage scuff’s vibe online — from posts and captions to how we show up on people’s feeds.
• translate chaos into data: track what worked, what flopped, and what made people lose their minds.
• build relationships with venues, creators, and weird internet people who get it.

what we’re looking for:

• someone who lives online but breathes the streets.
• fluent in memes, nightlife, and emotional manipulation (the good kind).
• sharp sense of aesthetics, timing, and irony.
• experience in marketing, social media, or creative direction helps, but attitude > titles.
• you know how to turn an idea into a movement without needing a PowerPoint.
