At Shakers, we’re looking for a Content Intern specialized in Design & Creativity to join our Marketing team for a 6-month internship. 🚀

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong career in content creation, with a particular focus on visual storytelling, graphic and motion design, and creative execution across formats and channels.

We’re looking for a Content Intern to strengthen the creative and visual side of our content team. While you’ll collaborate closely with social, web, and demand teams, this role is not channel-ops focused, instead, your main mission will be to raise the quality, creativity, and consistency of our content assets.

You’ll report directly to the Content Manager and work alongside other content profiles, helping us move from a more generalist setup to a complementary, high-impact content team.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership, designed for someone who wants to learn fast, experiment, and build a solid creative portfolio in a fast-growing startup. 🤩

• What you’ll be doing
  
  

Your day-to-day as a Content Intern at Shakers

• Content Design & Visual Creation (Core Focus)
• Design visual content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, X), blog articles, landing pages, newsletters, and presentations.
• Create static and light-motion assets aligned with Shakers’ brand guidelines.
• Translate content ideas and copy into strong, visually engaging pieces.
• Support the evolution of Shakers’ visual language across formats and channels.
• Creative Content Development
• Collaborate with the Content Manager on creative concepts and formats (carousels, storytelling posts, campaign visuals, etc.).
• Propose new content ideas and visual executions to improve performance and brand perception.
• Adapt content to different audiences (clients vs. freelancers) and markets.
• Content Support Across Channels
• Support social media content production from a creative execution perspective (not channel ownership).
• Assist with blog and web content visuals (headers, illustrations, layout improvements).
• Collaborate on content for events, reports, and special campaigns.
• What we’re looking for
  
  

You’re a great fit if you have…

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Design, Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
• Strong graphic design skills. This is a must, not a nice-to-have.
• Previous hands-on experience in a similar role, either through an internship or freelance projects (important for this role).
• Figma is a key tool for this role and we expect you to feel comfortable working with it. Experience with other design tools (Adobe Suite, Affinity, etc.) is a plus.
• We highly value curiosity and experimentation with emerging creative tools such as Lottielab, Spline, or Gen-AI tools for content creation. We’re not looking for experts, we’re looking for talented people who like to explore and learn.
• A portfolio showcasing visual content, design work, or creative projects (required as part of the application).
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish.

Compensation 💰

The salary for this intern position is 600€ monthly.
