We are looking for a well-rounded Digital Marketing Specialist on a freelance basis to help an international software company specializing in innovative solutions for the media, to bring their marketing to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Execute marketing and communication strategies across multiple disciplines, guided by the
- company’s overall business and marketing objectives.
- Strong focus on B2B demand generation through appropriate channels (ie. Email, webinars,
- social etc.)
- Execute company’s content strategy and oversee the content creation process across multiple
- marketing and communication channels, including social media, blog articles, newsletters, and
- website content.
- Work closely with other teams across the company (in particular, Sales and Product) to gain a
- thorough understanding of budgets, goals, target audiences, and product strengths and
- weaknesses.
- Help define and execute multiple email marketing strategies, to include net new lead nurturing, existing customer upsells, retention, and win-back.
- Plan and execute industry events such as exhibitions and tradeshows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating pre- and post-show marketing activity.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competition and build targeted campaigns at direct competitors.
- Track and evaluate marketing performance via analytical tools (HubSpot CRM, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and SEMrush).
Requirement/Experience/Skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing preferably within the software industry.
- Experience and understanding of performance marketing, including KPIs and channels
- and conversion rates
- Knowledge of media industry (Publishing, broadcasting and newspaper software) is highly
- desirable.
- The ideal candidate should thrive in a proactive, new sales-focused environment.
- Proficient level of English is a must.
- Willingness to travel across Europe.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing multiple marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM, website, marketing automation), LinkedIn Sales
- Navigator, Microsoft 365.
- Team-player who is able to work in a collaborative environment.
