Job Description
What will you be doing?
- Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel, PowerBI, and Qlik.
- Provide support in IT and cloud processes (Azure, AWS).
- Contribute to IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.
- Participate in cost optimization and process improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with international stakeholders in agile teams.
- Oversee IT processes and infrastructure, lead banking treasury process optimization, and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- At least three years of experience with ITSM.
- At least three years of experience in support and technical analysis: Excel, PowerBI and other MS tools.
- Knowledge in Cloud environments, Azure, AWS.
- Experience in supervision of infrastructure and IT processes.
- Teamwork with agile methodologies.
- Good Communication skills with different stakeholders.
- English B2-C1 and nice to have Spanish level C1-B2.
- AI no-code knowledge is an asset.
