The Account Executive role focuses on managing and expanding a portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses using the company's advertising solutions. The position combines proactive outbound prospecting with converting qualified leads, owning the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect high‑potential SMB accounts through cold calls, emails, and outreach, alongside leads from the BDR team
  • Manage the complete sales process: initial pitch, strategy presentation, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Develop tailored advertising strategies using formats such as Promoted Pins, Shopping Ads, and Video Ads
  • Build long-term client relationships and drive consistent revenue growth
  • Understand clients' goals and challenges, turning insights into compelling value propositions
  • Hold regular performance reviews, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and remove barriers to investment
  • Keep Salesforce updated with activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts
  • Collaborate with the BDR team to improve lead quality and alignment


Requirements

  • C2 level in a Nordic language and C1 English
  • Experience in digital advertising sales or B2B account management preferred
  • Proven ability to self‑prospect, build pipeline, pitch, negotiate, and close deals
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and managing an existing client portfolio
  • Strong CRM skills (Salesforce preferred) and ability to analyze customer data
  • Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Pinterest, Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, goal‑oriented, and self‑motivated profile
