As part of the Creative department you will be working in defining and executing creative concepts. In your day-to-day life you will collaborate with creative copywriters, content specialists, editors, among many others. Your task could cover anything from searching from references to executing visual concepts. The work done in the Creative department is the cornerstone of our agency, and a team of people and departments work together towards building ideas powered by people.
Requirements
Reporting to Creative Director, is responsible for supporting the Design and Creative team in creating content across all media channels.
The role is a very “hands-on”, because he/she is responsible for creating visual concepts in response to clients’ briefs and relaying them to the Creative Director . His/her work is mainly focused on specific campaigns or activations, although he/she also works on editorial and digital projects.
Responsible for design executions and creating visual response to briefs with the supervision of senior designers or art directors. Is also asked to get things done to a high standard and able to make it easy for others to do the same.
Junior art directors need to be natural visual thinkers, ready to expand on their skills and learn from senior art directors in order to flourish.
LEADERSHIP
- Have a proactive and predisposed attitude to making things happen.
- Have confident communications skills. You will be able to manage discussions with other members of the creative team (Senior and Junior), colleagues from other departments, external suppliers, or even to present ideas to the clients.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive attitude in taking on new tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to work autonomously, and happy to team up with different creatives.
- Able to work as a part of a multidisciplinary team with skills ranging from animation and video editioning, to photography or illustration.
- Flexible and versatile, that’s to say able to easily adjust to make immediate changes in response to shifting or evolving situations.
- Ability to confidently manage multiple tasks at the same time, of variety complexity.
- Collaborative problem solver.
- Open to feedback, whether from fellow creatives, or people from other departments.
- Delivering work of the highest quality after working with team members to develop new ideas.
- Be up-to-date on communication trends (languages and tools)
- Strong knowledge of Social Media platforms and formats.
- Always looking for new and inspiring references, ready to share them with the creative team, but also with other departments.
- Appreciation for great work and good ideas. Always seeking something new and pushing the boundaries in the art direction front.
- Staying abreast of new media formats and learning how to incorporate them into campaigns
- Always able to convert “our” social specialist knowledge into creative excellence.
