El rol de Jefe/a de proyectos se encuentra dentro del área de negocio de Industrial Equipment, siendo el responsable de gestionar proyectos desde su inicio a fin: presupuesto, alcance y plazos establecidos, recursos, seguridad, así como resultados y la satisfacción final del cliente.

Sus principales responsabilidades incluirán:

• Prioriza tareas y gestiona los recursos del proyecto para asegurar que estos se utilizan eficazmente y que se cumplen los plazos establecidos. Gestiona los requisitos de seguridad.
• Ejecuta las tareas técnicas de su función, entre otras el diseño de equipos.
• Evalúa y autoriza cambios que afecten significativamente al alcance, presupuesto o calendario de un proyecto. Conoce la última estimación de rentabilidad del proyecto y gestiona activamente sus riesgos.
• Comprende y gestiona el alcance de los servicios para grandes proyectos; supervisa el progreso y el rendimiento respecto al plan del proyecto; Identifica y resuelve problemas operativos y minimiza los retrasos. Diseña, comunica e implementa planes operativos para la finalización del proyecto.
• Gestiona las relaciones con contratistas externos, asegurando que la organización reciba los estándares de servicio acordados. También gestiona las compras a proveedores externos e internos.
• Dirige el proyecto para asegurar que se complete a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y según las especificaciones del proyecto. Identifica, desarrolla y reúne los recursos necesarios para completar proyectos.

Requisitos

• Titulación ingeniería técnica o superior mecánica.
• Consolidada experiencia en función similar, mínima de 3-5 años.
• Conocimientos avanzados de inglés (nivel B2)
• Conocimientos mecánicos: cálculo de estructuras metálicas.
• Valorable experiencia en el sector de maquinaria de elevación, o en su defecto, en la gestión de proyectos en maquinaria industrial.

En el marco de las actividades productivas del Grupo Rey Ardid, entidad de referencia en el ámbito social y de la economía social, seleccionamos un/a Responsable de Servicios de Jardinería, que se encargará de la gestión integral de la actividad, garantizando la calidad del servicio, la eficiencia económica y el acompañamiento a personas trabajadoras, especialmente de inserción y con discapacidad. Your Mission

You will act as the

senior scientific partner

for our key clients, leading Medical Affairs strategy across the full product lifecycle. You will translate complex science into actionable strategies, guide global engagements, and strengthen Let's Health's position as a trusted scientific and strategic advisor.

You will also play a critical role in

business growth, and innovation

working closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to evolve our Medical Affairs offering. ______________________________________________________________________________

Key Responsibilities

• Medical Affairs Strategy Design & Planning
  
  

Co-create and lead end-to-end Medical Affairs strategies aligned with brand, medical and functional plans

Develop structured strategic frameworks and playbooks translating scientific and business priorities into execution.

Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional alignment.

• Insight Generation & Strategic Integration
  
  

Lead structured insight generation ecosystems (e.g., Advisory Boards, expert interactions, digital tools), ensuring robust and continuous insight collection.

Translate insights into clear strategic recommendations directly informing brand and medical decision-making.

• Evidence Translation & Field Enablement
  
  

Translate clinical and real-world evidence into actionable scientific narratives, data packages, and field toolkits.

Enable in-field and global teams to deliver consistent, high-impact scientific engagement, bridging the gap between data and execution.

Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards (EFPIA and equivalents).

• KOL Engagement & External Scientific Leadership
  
  

Build and manage a global KOL ecosystem, fostering long-term, high-value scientific relationships.

Represent Let's Health externally as senior scientific leader and trusted partner.

• Congress & Scientific Events Strategy
  
  

Lead the strategic planning and execution of congresses, symposia, and scientific events, ensuring strong scientific positioning

Ensure effective post-event insight capture, competitive intelligence, and dissemination to maximize strategic impact.

• Scientific Education, Communication & Content Excellence
  
  

Oversee the development of high-quality scientific content and communication across formats.

Ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance, while driving innovation in scientific communication.

• Training & Capability Building
  
  

Design and deliver medical training programs for internal teams and in-field roles.

Equip teams with the knowledge, tools, and capabilities required to execute effectively and engage stakeholders with confidence.

What You Bring

Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (PhD/MD preferred).

Extensive experience in Medical Affairs within pharma, MedTech, or healthcare consulting.

Proven track record managing senior client relationships at global level.

Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate science into business impact.

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex international projects.

Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.

Fluency in English (and ideally also Spanish[GN1] ) with excellent communication and presentation skills
