- Responsible in managing, ordering and daily replenishment of floor supplies such as shopping bags, catalogues, pouches, stationery, wrapping paper, client beverages as necessary to ensure smooth operations
- Responsible for the onboarding of new BA interns
- Targeted on waiting time, welcoming and grooming of the team Barometer
- Assist the team throughout the sales managing gift wrapping, assisting discreetly with various tasks as needed.
- Assist the team with client services, such as executing quick services as needed (cordon change, shining etc.)
- Assist the team by selling fragrances
- Responsible for supporting SA to elevate their client experience by informing them about local events during daily briefs, proactively checking what client could be interested in.
- Contact with the CRM team to understand and support the team with their gifting strategy
- Support boutique activation campaign like Easter, Mother’s Day etc…
- You are fluent in Spanish and English, any other language is a plus.

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad organizativa y atención al detalle.
- Perfil resolutivo, proactivo y orientado al cliente.

Ticket Procurement Assistant
- Provide high level assistance to Australian Event Managers, additional ticket procurement in the form of speculative buying and high demand ticket releases, inventory listing & pricing, stock liquidation on event days and other adhoc tasks for the AU strategy and pricing team.
- Listing of new events on the TTM marketplace and other platforms.
- Assisting after hours on-call AU staff with buying to fulfill last minute orders.

Position Objective:
Provide operational support to the Production team in the day-to-day management of the Fan Zone, contributing to the smooth operation of facilities, activations, public areas, and services throughout the setup, live event, and dismantling phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily production operations within assigned Fan Zone areas.
- Assist with the setup, maintenance, and dismantling of operational infrastructure, furniture, signage, branding elements, and activation spaces.
