About This Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer who is passionate about the intersection of robust backend architecture and cutting-edge AI. You will build the digital infrastructure for modern engineering, designing scalable services and advanced AI agents. Buscamos un perfil híbrido y versátil situado en la intersección entre las matemáticas, el análisis de datos y el desarrollo de software web.

En este rol, tu misión no será solo analizar datos, sino diseñar y construir aplicaciones donde los datos se transforman en información accionable. Participarás en todo el ciclo: desde el modelado en el backend hasta la visualización final en aplicaciones web orientadas a producto y BI.

Tu futuro Rol y Responsabilidades

1. Desarrollo y visualización de datos
Diseñar y programar aplicaciones web interactivas para visualización y análisis de datos.
Construir herramientas que permitan al usuario explorar, filtrar y entender la información, no solo verla.
Implementar interfaces orientadas a BI con foco en claridad, precisión y usabilidad.
Traducir requisitos de negocio en soluciones técnicas completas (frontend + backend).

2. Ingeniería de datos y lógica matemática
Manipular grandes volúmenes de datos mediante SQL de forma eficiente.
Garantizar la calidad, coherencia e integridad del dato.
Aplicar lógica matemática y estadística básica para validar resultados.
Detectar incoherencias numéricas o visuales antes de que lleguen al cliente.

3. Mentalidad de producto
Atención extrema al detalle: el dato debe ser correcto y la visualización impecable.
Capacidad para alternar entre:
Pensamiento analítico (entender qué significan los datos).
Pensamiento de desarrollador (resolver problemas técnicos y bugs).
Orientación a soluciones reales, no a ejercicios académicos.

El Stack Técnico que buscamos

Backend: Dominio de C# / .NET (ASP.NET, APIs REST, servicios).
Base de Datos: SQL avanzado (consultas complejas, optimización) en SQL Server y/o PostgreSQL.
Frontend: Experiencia con HTML, CSS, JavaScript y fuerte interés/experiencia en Blazor (Server o WebAssembly).
Data Tools: Valoramos el uso de Python (Pandas, NumPy) como herramienta complementaria y librerías de visualización programática (Plotly, D3.js, Altair).
Cultura BI: Comprensión de métricas de negocio y, opcionalmente, manejo de herramientas como Power BI.

¿Qué te hace el/la candidato/a ideal?

Tienes al menos 1 año de experiencia combinando desarrollo de software y datos.
Vienes de una formación técnica (Informática, Matemáticas, Estadística o Ingeniería).
Posees "mentalidad de desarrollador/a": valoras las buenas prácticas, la escalabilidad y el código limpio.
Tienes atención extrema al detalle: te duele ver un dato incorrecto o una interfaz mal alineada.
Prefieres construir soluciones a medida antes que limitarte a dashboards "drag & drop".

- Experiencia: 3 años

Residencia en Barcelona.
Experiencia sólida en programación (+5 años).
Carácter proactivo por bandera.
Con experiencia como analista técnico y/o con capacidad y ganas de asumir progresivamente responsabilidades de tipo gestión.
Habilidades analíticas y capacidad para resolver problemas.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y buena comunicación.
Deseo de aprender y adaptarse a nuevas tecnologías (.NET - C#).
Valorable experiencia/conocimientos en sector Seguros.
