About The Role
As a Principal Medical Writer, reporting to the General Manager Iberic, you will provide expert medical writing, subject matter expert support and preparing and/or reviewing high-quality scientific content in medical communications that satisfy client needs in terms of quality, commercial focus, timing and cost.

Project work
Manage all aspects of tactical delivery of scientific content for a range of medical communications that meet client needs, internal quality standards and timelines:
- Demonstrate a high level of expertise in ≥2 therapy areas
- Lead content delivery on projects for one or more accounts and provide a point of contact on matters of scientific content for the client and external experts
- Provide full briefs to delegate editorial projects to colleagues Provide editorial quotes for costing purposes

We’re looking for a creative and highly skilled videographer to bring Canva’s growth marketing content to life across TikTok, Meta, YouTube and other performance channels. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Europe Marketing team, producing platform-native, thumb-stopping video content that drives awareness and conversions.
You’ll be someone who lives and breathes content; from ideation and storyboarding to shooting, editing and optimising for each platform. You’re fluent in the language of short-form, with a knack for translating local insights into content that grabs attention in the first few seconds and keeps viewers hooked.
We’re after someone who’s as comfortable behind the camera as they are in the edit suite, with a sharp eye for visual storytelling. What You'll Be Doing
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, with a specific emphasis on football-related content
- Develop pages, posts, and applications that align with the target audience's preferences, capturing their attention and driving interaction, while incorporating elements of football culture and design
- Collaborate with clients and the Social Media Manager to brainstorm ideas for posts and develop corresponding graphics, visuals, and videos, leveraging football-related themes and trends
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager and other professionals to develop effective campaigns on social platforms that align with the company's overall marketing objectives, infusing football-related creativity and elements into the campaigns
- Establish and implement strategies to drive and increase online traffic, leveraging the power of compelling visual content, particularly in the context of football and sports
- Monitor and optimize the company's website and social media pages, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and in line with industry best practices, while reflecting the company's association with football
- Measure and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns and content, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement, taking into account the football-related audience's preferences
- Conduct social media research to gather ideas, stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations, and gain a deeper understanding of the audience's needs and preferences, with a focus on football-related content and internet culture
- Maintain editorial calendars, schedule posts, and manage social media content to ensure maximum visibility and engagement, while incorporating timely football-related content and trends
- Ensure that all online content complies with the company's image and standards, including branding guidelines and legal requirements, while aligning with the football-centric approach of the company
- Proven experience as a Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating visually compelling video or motion graphics and photo content for social media, with a focus on football-related themes
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,, After Effects, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their respective best practices, and the ability to adapt content to suit each platform, while incorporating football-related elements
- A keen eye for aesthetics and a strong sense of visual storytelling, with the ability to create captivating visuals that resonate with the target audience, particularly in the context of football and sports

About The Role
Sporty Group is seeking a passionate and creative Junior Social Media Editor to join our team in Madrid. As part of the SportyTV team, you will be responsible for editing and creating dynamic video clips and images from our TV shows and sports programs to share on social media platforms. You will work closely with the social media team to develop and execute strategies that maximize engagement and reach, helping SportyTV grow its presence online and connect with a broader audience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Edit and create engaging video clips and high-quality images from SportyTV programs, ensuring content is tailored for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with the social media team to plan and execute a content strategy for promoting SportyTV's shows and sports events across digital platforms.
