About The Role/Specialty
As Canva’s SMBs Community Manager in Spain, you will design and deliver strategies that connect small business owners, entrepreneurs, and solopreneurs with Canva-helping them discover the value of our platform, engage deeply with our community, and become passionate advocates for our brand, product and mission.
What You’ll Do
- Community Program Management: Lead the growth and engagement of Canva’s Spain SMBs community, scaling peer-to-peer advocacy through Canvassadors, local events, and online activations.
- Events & Experiences: Organise and facilitate impactful in-person and virtual events (including workshops, networking sessions, and flagship gatherings at our London event space) to showcase Canva’s value for SMBs and drive adoption.
- Content & Engagement Strategy: Develop and deliver SMB-focused content—case studies, toolkits, webinars, and success stories—that inspire entrepreneurs and highlight Canva’s impact on small business growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Growth Marketing, SEO, Content, and Partnerships teams to design and execute integrated campaigns that convert community advocacy into MAUs and ARR growth.
- Expand the Canvassador Programme: Recruit, onboard, and empower SMB Canvassadors to act as brand ambassadors—hosting activations, creating content, and fueling grassroots visibility across the Spain.
- Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships with SMB networks, accelerators, financial institutions, and government programmes to increase Canva’s credibility and reach in the ecosystem.

- Searching for funny, inspiring and/or wholesome visual content (videos, images, memes, etc) from third-party content creators to share to our sites and social channels and help implementing new digital formats & channels.
- Nice to have: We may need you on-site! Cover events, get in front of the camera, elaborate scripts, creative ideas, interviews, organic themes, brands creative solutions, voice over for reels.
- Manage instagram threads and broadcast channels and coordinate and execute community engagement activities such as giveaways and interactive posts.
- Organize and maintain the content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely content flow.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Native Spanish and professional English are required.
- Has a knack for all things social—knowing all the right places to look for killer content. Creative thinking and ability to produce engaging content.
- Has experience running social media accounts for a newsroom, agency, or brand.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

¿Qué esperamos de ti?
Tu rol será clave en la gestión diaria de cuentas y en la coordinación de contenidos. Buscamos varios pilares fundamentales:
- Ideación y Estrategia Creativa (Core): Buscamos a alguien que conceptualice. Serás el cerebro detrás de las piezas: desde pensar la estructura visual de un carrusel estático hasta la guionización detallada de vídeos (Reels/TikToks), definiendo los hooks, el storytelling y el mensaje clave. Tu misión es traducir la estrategia en briefings creativos claros que rompan el scroll del usuario.
- Gestión operativa: Serás responsable de la implementación de calendarios para diversos clientes. Esto implica redacción de copys con un alto nivel de corrección y adaptabilidad al tono de cada marca, programación en herramientas profesionales y supervisión de la calidad visual.
- Análisis e interpretación de datos (reporting): La creatividad sin datos no sirve. Necesitamos que seas capaz no solo de extraer métricas, sino de interpretarlas (informes de rendimiento, detección de tendencias e insights accionables).
- Coordinación de UGCs: Gestionarás la logística de campañas con creadores de contenido externos (scouting, negociación, seguimiento y control de calidad).
- Proactividad: Este es nuestro valor más importante. No buscamos a alguien que espere sentado a recibir tareas, sino alguien que se anticipe, proponga mejoras e investigue tendencias por su cuenta.
Requisitos mínimos
- +1 año de experiencia como Social Media.
- Capacidad multitasking para gestionar varias cuentas simultáneamente.
- Perfil analítico y creativo: Alguien que entienda los números pero sepa contar historias.

- Experiencia previa en agencia.
- Dominio de herramientas (Metricool, Onlypult, ClickUp).
- Experiencia con influencers o campañas de UGC.

At Good Rebels, we’re looking for a Content Creator Intern to join our Social Media & Engagement team — someone eager to learn, experiment and create across platforms.
What will you be doing?
You’ll support our content and strategy teams in creating native, platform-first content for some of our key clients — and learn how real social media work is done at an agency that’s anything but ordinary.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping create content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.) — from idea to execution.
- Supporting the planning and execution of social media calendars and campaigns.
- Producing short-form video content using mobile devices and editing tools.
- Writing social copy adapted to each brand’s tone and platform.
- Assisting in reporting, benchmarking and basic performance analysis.
- Collaborating on presentations and content proposals for both internal and client-facing use (mainly in Google Slides).
- Someone who loves social media, culture and creativity — and isn’t afraid to pick up the iPhone and shoot.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, both written and visual.
- Comfortable using video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush, InShot or similar).
- Very high level of English (C1–C2); you may work in international teams.
- Studies in Communication, Journalism, Marketing or similar fields. A Master’s in Digital Marketing is a plus.
- Well-organized, collaborative and proactive, whether working remotely or at the office.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with or created content for a brand, even if it’s your personal project.
