Overview
As a Personal Assistant, you would be responsible for supporting managers in a timely and professional manner. You will provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to top-level executives.
The Personal Assistant’s main duties include scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and organizing daily calendars. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively. You should be able to identify and address the needs of senior managers and perform administrative tasks to ensure our company’s workflow runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
How you’d spend your day:
- Reception and call screening, besides regular mail and email
- Managing schedules
- Planning internal and external meetings
- Documents signing and records centralize
- Booking trips and Notes of expenses
- Supporting and communicating with RSS (Staff, administration, etc.).
- Reviewing and giving green light to different invoices - ReadSoft system
- Updating and upkeeping organization charts
- Managing renting cars (revision, accident reports, tire changes)
- Support New Business: looking for specifications of the pitch, preparing administrative documents and final delivery of pitches for public administration + asking for a bank guarantee + homologation of the agency in the platforms for private company pitches
- Translating documents
- Elaborating presentations
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of executives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Language: Advanced level of English will be assessed at interview by The Talent Team.

Sobre la posición
Como Media Planner Intern (OFF), tendrás la oportunidad de sumergirte en el mundo de la planificación de medios offline (TV, radio, prensa, exterior, cine). Colaborarás con distintos equipos y clientes en el desarrollo de estrategias de comunicación efectivas.
Funciones
- Apoyar en la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de campañas de medios offline.
- Analizar audiencias, mercados y medios para optimizar estrategias.
- Gestionar y coordinar la compra de espacios publicitarios con proveedores.
- Elaborar informes de resultados y propuestas de optimización.
- Colaborar con los equipos de estrategia y creatividad para asegurar la mejor integración de medios.
- Apoyo en la elaboración de presentaciones para clientes.
Requisitos
- Estudiante o recién graduado en Publicidad, Marketing, Comunicación o similar.
- Interés en medios de comunicación y estrategias publicitarias offline.
- Nivel medio-alto de Excel .
- Capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados.
- Nivel de inglés B2 o superior.(valorable)
- Proactividad, atención al detalle y ganas de aprender en un entorno dinámico.
Duración: 6 meses, prorrogables por 6 meses más.
- Modelo de trabajo híbrido: 3 días en oficina y 2 días de trabajo remoto a la semana.
- Remuneración: 400 euros brutos al mes.
- Horario: De lunes a viernes, de 09:00 a 14:00.
- Requisito: Es necesario poder formalizar un convenio/anexo con una universidad o escuela de negocios.

We are looking for an Integrated Creative Director to lead a digital production team. Responsibilities
Lead multiple projects focused on two principal objectives: Daily projects (Quality & Efficiency) and Delighted projects (Creativity & Awards).
- Maximize creativity for content effectiveness
- Present concept, creativities and new proposals to clients of all levels.
- Work across multiple groups in a rapidly changing environment.
- Understand and leverage content production briefs
- Understand data performance to drive content optimisation
- Creative Direction in advertising.
- An in-depth understanding of Social Content, Image direction, Conceptualization, Audiovisual and specially a solid understanding on digital content production.
- Ample experience developing digital campaigns and working across multi-nature projects.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Visual design or another design-intensive field.
- Solid communication skills in English.
- Creative but consumer centered: passionate about ideating creativities and developing content that addresses specific consumer insights, opportunities or barriers
- Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships: this model cannot work without healthy working partnerships with brand and media teams
- Problem solving mentality: working together to get to the root cause of any performance struggles, curiosity to understand what is happening and creative expertise to identify new opportunities and maximize results.
