Overview
Digitas Wysiwyg is looking for a Junior Art Director to join our creative team. We’re seeking someone who can translate concepts and ideas into powerful, visually engaging executions. This role is perfect for a creative with a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Translate creative concepts into high-quality graphic designs
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, creative directors, and account teams
- Ensure visual consistency across all deliverables and formats
- Use typography, color, and layout effectively to communicate ideas
- Balance creativity with the practical needs of clients and campaigns
- Contribute to the development of branding, digital assets, and integrated campaigns
- Support the team with design production tasks and presentation mockups
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Strong composition skills and a solid understanding of design principles
- Ability to apply typography and color theory effectively
- A clear understanding that design serves communication and not just personal expression
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to interpret client needs and bring creative ideas to life through design
- Experience with motion design or video editing
- Knowledge of After Effects or Premiere is a plus

Responsibilities
¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
- Idear, crear y presentar campañas integradas.
- Expresar ideas creativas para diferentes clientes de la agencia.
- Desarrollar campañas 360º.
- Participar en propuestas de New Business.
- Proponer ideas para cualquier cliente de la agencia, participar en briefs abiertos y llevar a cabo propuestas proactivas.

¿Qué buscamos?
