Study Start Up Associate II
As a member of the Study Start Up Team, you will play an integral role in making sure that physicians at our research sites are prepared to start the trial of investigational, new pharmaceutical and biological products for clinical trials at their local practices.
The Role
- To review and negotiate clinical site investigator contracts and budgets.
- Stay connected with Investigative sites, sponsors and internal personnel regarding the status of contracts and contract-related documents
- Prepare and coordinate preparation of contractual documents and correspondence
- Facilitate the indemnification process between the study sponsor and the site.
- Function as the internal consultant on study budgets (investigator payments, develop and update training documentation and conduct group training as necessary, mentor and train new and junior personnel in the SSU department, and act as consultant on the Investigator Contract and Budget development process from origination through execution).
- A bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Juris Doctor (law) degree, or related experience is preferred
- SSU experience is desirable but not required.
- Experience in a clinical research environment with specific experience in study contracts review and budget negotiation or in related field such as where contract or legal document review is a primary part of you role.

Estamos buscando Enfermeras y Enfermeros Españoles que les interese empezar a trabajar como Enfermera Registrada en un Yate Privado (con helipuerto) que navega por Europa, atracando de vez en cuando en las siguientes ciudades Europeas:

Las Entrevistas de trabajo se componen de 3 fases:
- Entrevista online (30 min)
- Entrevista presencial (30 min) en España o en alguna ciudad Europea ( los gastos del viaje los abonara el candidato, después presentara los recibos a la empresa extranjera por email y en un plazo de 30 días recibirá el reembolso)

As a Reservations intern you will assist in daily operations and work with customers and Guests as part of your assigned college project to demonstrate your abilities and gain knowledge in the hospitality industry.

As a Reservations Trainee, you will work with trend data to respond to Guest and customer enquiries so to develop strong relationships and maximize revenue opportunities:.
- Manage telephone, fax and email enquiries in a prompt and professional manner and in accordance with company standards ensuring accurancy and attention to detail at all times
- Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximize revenue
- Produce quotations and written confirmation to all clients
- Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business
- Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel facilities and processes, and contribute to a culture of high quality standards for relationship building, customer service, selling techniques, and billing and processing contracts
- Ensure bookings are guaranteed and no-show charges/late cancellation charges are applied where appropriate
