Funcions del rol:
- Planificar i coordinar els serveis d’atenció domiciliària privada.
- Garantir la continuïtat del servei davant baixes, vacances o imprevistos.
- Coordinar i acompanyar l’equip de professionals assignades als serveis. Ser referent directe per a les treballadores del SAD privat.
- Gestionar horaris, calendaris, canvis i substitucions de les professionals, gestionar incidències operatives del dia a dia, atendre i donar resposta a clients i famílies, gestionar queixes, ajustos i modificacions del servei amb enfocament de qualitat.
- Vetllar pel compliment dels objectius del servei i de les tasques acordades Fer el seguiment de serveis sensibles o de complexitat més alta. Cal assegurar la qualitat del servei i la satisfacció del client.
- Registrar i actualitzar la informació dels serveis a les eines internes. Tramitar altes, baixes i modificacions de serveis.
- Fer el seguiment d’hores, incidències i coherència del servei. Detectar necessitats de millora i proposar accions correctores.
- Aplicar l’enfocament d’atenció centrada en la persona en la gestió del servei. Garantir una comunicació fluida entre professionals, famílies i organització.
- Actuar amb rapidesa i capacitat de decisió davant situacions urgents.
- Formació mínima requerida: CFGM en Gestió Administrativa, Administració i Finances o similar.
- Experiència professional: Experiència prèvia en el sector del Servei d’Atenció Domiciliària (SAD). Experiència demostrable en coordinació d’equips de treball.
- Proactivitat, habilitats comunicatives i de planificació.
- Es valorarà estar en possessió del certificat de discapacitat igual o superior al 33 %

The Biomaterials for regenerative therapies Group is looking for a research assistant position to work in regeneration and radioprotection of mucosal tissues using biomaterial delivery systems.
Research in the Biomaterials for Regenerative Therapies group is devoted to the development and knowledge transfer to industry and innovative biomaterials and scaffolds for tissue regeneration.

Introduction To The Vacant Position
The Smart Nano-Bio-Devices Group is looking for a Senior Researcher to develop research activities within the field of new nanotechnologies for precision medicine using smart nanosystems such as nanoparticles, nanomotors, nanomachines and similar.
The group seeks an outstanding candidate with experience in drug delivery systems for biomedical applications and in particular for cancer therapy.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
Contribute to the research team with high quality research ideas, performance of research projects, design experiments, provide ideas for new research lines.
Publish research articles at the maximum level possible.
Present the research in scientific conferences and other forums.
Supervise undergraduate, Master and PhD students in agreement with the group leader.
Be the responsible and contact person when the Group Leader is absent.
Write proposals to support the team activities, help the Group Leader in the writing of proposals.
Search and application for individual fellowships and/or awards.
Support the Group Leader in writing and organizing cooperative proposals, consortia, and similar proposals.
Lead one or some research lines of the group upon agreement with the group leader.
Organize project meeting on those research lines, be critical, constructive and provide new ideas for future research lines of the group.
Provide scientific support to group members involved in the translational applications of nanoparticles and nanomotors.

Requirements for candidates:
Ph.D with postdoctoral experience in chemistry, physics, biophysics, biomedical engineering, nanotechnology, and related with focus in translational (nano)medicine.
At least six years have passed since the date of obtaining the doctorate.
This date will be understood as the date of doctoral thesis defense.
For those who hold more than one doctorate, this requirement refers to the first one obtained.
Demonstrate Quality Of Production And Scientific-technological Activity
- Scientific and technical contributions: Articles published in scientific journals, books or chapters of scientific and technical books, works presented at congresses, patents granted or licensed, and, in general, any other contribution that allows the assessment of the different aspects of research, including technology transfer.
- Other curricular merits: It will be assessed, among other aspects:
Obtaining awards, mentions and distinctions
Dissemination and scientific dissemination activities
Have postdoctoral experience at Spanish and/or foreign universities or R&D centers other than IBEC.

Introduction To The Vacant Position
We are seeking a motivated early-career research assistant to study the neuronal circuits of C. elegans using photoswitchable modulators of neuronal receptors. The candidate must hold a Master's degree in one of the Biology related disciplines (Neuroscience, Molecular Biology, Cellular or Chemical Biology, etc).
The successful candidate will get a training in molecular physiology of neuronal receptors, photoswitchable molecules handling and neuronal circuits manipulations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a model organism whose research led to 4 Nobel prizes.
The successful applicant will join MINECO financed project DOPAMAP led by Dr Galyna Maleeva that will be developed in collaboration between IBEC - The Institute of Bioengineering of Catalunya (Nanoprobes and Nanoswitches Research Group) and ICFO - The Institute of Photonic Sciences (Neurophotonics and Mechanical Systems Biology Research Group). Both Institutes belong to the Barcelona Institute of Technology and are leading institutions in the field of biomedical research and photonics. - Handling and genetic modifications of nematodes C. elegans
- Imaging of C. elegans neuronal activity using calcium sensors

THIS ROLE IS LOCATED IN SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA.
The School of Chemistry teaches more than 2000 undergraduate students each year from many different faculties and offers four different undergraduate programs leading to majors in chemistry that are taught in five teaching laboratories specialising in First Year, Synthetic, Analytical and Physical Chemistry.
The Research Associate in Analytical Chemistry will focus on the analytical chemistry characterisation, synthesis, chemical modification and polymer coating of magnetic nanoparticles for diagnostic and theranostic applications. There is an emphasis on organic separation, the analytical characterization of the surface of polymer coated nanoparticles, by product degradation and chromatography and applied research because this project is linked to the company Ferronova and funded through an ARC ITTC (ARC Training Centre for Next-Gen Technologies in Biomedical Analysis) within the Smart Materials and Surfaces research group in the School of Chemistry and Electron Microscope Unit.
About The Role
- $113K - $121K plus 17% Superannuation and annual leave loading
- Fixed Term – 12 months
- Full-time (35 hours per week)
Specific Responsibilities For This Role Include
- Design and analytical chemistry of polymer coated nanoparticles for diagnostics using MRI, magnetic particle imaging and therapy using targeting molecules and drug delivery and radio therapy.
- Characterization and synthesis of polymer coated magnetic nanoparticles, characterization and chromatography separation of degradation bioproducts and reactions products from biological fluids.
- Conduct research into the characterization of magnetic nanoparticles, including characterization of surface analysis, modification, transmission electron microscopy and magnetic measurements.
- Write and maintain laboratory notebooks detailing all experiments conducted.
- Successfully complete experiments and on-time provision of analysis on results.
- Analyse and write results of experiments in a format suitable for publication in peer reviewed journals.
- Contribute to the writing of scientific papers and reports for international journals and progress reporting to other researchers and industry partners.
- Contribute to the preparation of research proposal submissions to funding bodies and actively seek collaboration with industry partners as appropriate
- Assist with the coordination of research activities and actively contribute to research outputs to meet project milestones.
- Present results of experiments at national and international conferences.
- Assist in the training of PhD and honours students.
- Align with and actively demonstrate the UNSW Values in Action: Our Behaviours and the UNSW Code of Conduct.
- Cooperate with all health and safety policies and procedures of the university and take all reasonable care to ensure that your actions or omissions do not impact on the health and safety of yourself or others.
(Selection Criteria)
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have
- A PhD specialising in analytical chemistry or chemical synthesis of polymers and nanoparticles.
- Demonstrated ability to characterize polymers and nanoparticles and biproducts.
- Demonstrated experience in materials synthesis.
- Previous experience in a research environment and in training PhD and Honours Students.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake high quality academic research and conduct independent research with limited supervision.
- Proven commitment to proactively keeping up to date with discipline knowledge and developments.
- Demonstrated track record of publications and conference presentations relative to opportunity.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, collaborate across disciplines and build effective relationships.
- Evidence of highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact with a diverse range of stakeholders and students.
- An understanding of and commitment to UNSW’s aims, objectives and values in action, together with relevant policies and guidelines.

The Postdoctoral Research Associate (Level A) is expected to contribute to the Smart Materials and Surfaces research group in the School of Chemistry at UNSW to be part of a larger multidisciplinary team. The position is part of an ARC Discovery grant on the importance of nanoconfinement in electrochemistry where the Postdoctoral Research Associate will perform fundamental electrochemical research on developing electrodes that can provide insights into the importance nanoconfinement in electrochemistry.
