Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
A Client Advisor contribute actively to the store sales and key indicators achievement.
They are providing a unique, memorable, sophisticated, and everlasting experience to all external and internal clients. They also support the management team and colleagues while consistently upholding our Maison values, image, and standards.
MISSIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide an outstanding client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients
- Show passion in connecting and reconnecting with clients, putting them at the center, identifying their needs and anticipating their future requests
- Cultivate a robust client portfolio to secure a proactive and growing business
- Drive performance to exceed individual sales and KPI goals by having a business mindset and an entrepreneurial approach
- Know how to create personalized, versatile, and timeless silhouettes for the client and demonstrating your passion for the fashion culture
- Show a transparent and genuine attitude with the client and create a unique connection with them
- Communicate in a professional and authentic way, with clients and colleagues

- Proactively support the front and back-of-house teams, their achievements and ultimately the overall team spirit
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures and follow them
- A preferred professional experience in providing a high quality service focused on Client expectations, i.e. in fashion & accessory retail, in customer service or in luxury hospitality
- Have personal taste and passion for the fashion culture, like to create personalized looks
- Have a natural business mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit

Tu día a día será realizar las siguientes funciones:
- Dar soporte administrativo a los distintos procesos de Recursos Humanos (gestión documental, administración de personal, nóminas, selección, formación, relaciones laborales y desarrollo)
- Elaboración y mantenimiento de bases de datos, así como preparación de informes, reportes y cuadros de mando para el control de actividad y apoyo a la toma de decisiones.
- Gestión y actualización de información en herramientas y sistemas internos del equipo de Personas
- Apoyo en el seguimiento de procesos internos, asegurando trazabilidad, orden y cumplimiento de plazos.
- Gestión del proceso de retribución flexible y beneficios sociales
- Apoyo en la gestión de tareas de reporting
- Participación en la mejora continua de procesos administrativos del área, identificando oportunidades de optimización.
- Manejo y tratamiento de información confidencial con alto nivel de rigor y discreción.
Buscamos una persona altamente organizada, metódica y orientada al detalle, con capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas de forma simultánea. Deberá mostrar una clara orientación al servicio interno, capacidad analítica básica aplicada a datos de RRHH y proactividad para anticiparse a necesidades del equipo.
Será clave su capacidad para aportar estructura, orden y fiabilidad en la gestión de la información.
Requisitos:
Experiencia mínima de 1–3 años en puestos administrativos.
Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Administración, Relaciones Laborales, Recursos Humanos o similar.
Excel nivel avanzado – demostrable.

- Evaluar riesgos laborales, análisis de accidentes e implementar acciones preventivas
- Elaborar y coordinra planes de autoprotección, simulacros y protocolos de emergencia que garantizan la seguridad integral del personal.
- Diseño e impartición de programas de formación en seguridad y salud laboral, asegurando que todo el equipo esté capacitado y actualizado.
- Auditorías internas y supervisión del cumplimiento normativo, garantizando que la organización mantiene los más altos estándares de calidad y legalidad.
- Asesorar sobre obligaciones legales, coordinación entre empresas y requisitos técnicos, manteniendo la organización siempre conforme a la normativa vigente.

THE JOB:
