Job Responsibilities

• Learning & Development:
• Support in coordinating the training plan for employees in field and central offices.
• Learn to mobilize and follow up the company's training program
• Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives.
• Understand and support on the KPIs achievements
• Track and analyze training data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on learning and development best practices and trends within the luxury industry.
• Learn to manage Fundae and the relationship with our consultancy firm
• Revision, Updating & improvement of databases
• Learn how to use our internal LMS

• HR Support:
• Provide administrative support to the HR team in various areas such as travel organization and expenses
• Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
• Contribute to other HR projects as needed, such as events and conventions.

Job Responsibilities

As a HR & CSR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of events and initiatives that align with our core values. You will work alongside a dynamic and motivated team, embracing every challenge as an opportunity for growth and making a tangible impact on society.

HR Admin

• Support in the organization and execution of HR-related events, international visits, and executive meetings.
• Work closely with HRD, Head of Talent and HRBPs in the development of an HR calendar and planification of HR projects throughout the year.
• Create presentations, reports, and materials for meetings.
• Manage relationship with providers: request inquiries, validate as company’s vendors and process purchasing orders’ numbers.
• Work closely with HRBP and HR Controlling for the assignment and distribution of company’s gifts.
  
  

• Collaborate in the organization and execution of initiatives across our four core pillars: Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, Sustainability, and Social Commitment.
• Support the coordination and seamless implementation of impactful CSR events and initiatives.
• Assist in planning and delivering high-profile events, such as EllesVMH, All LVMH Pride, Disability Awareness, and Sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee event invitations, logistics, vendor relationships, internal communications, and the reporting of all CSR activations.
• Foster direct communication with foundations, working alongside the CSR & Corporate Communications Specialist to design and implement innovative, high-impact initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of the CSR Annual Report, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.

At LVMH Beauty Iberia and LOEWE Perfumes, we are opening internship opportunities starting in May/June 2026 for students in their final year of studies, who are available for a 12-month full-time internship.

Job Responsibilities

We offer opportunities across different departments in Marketing, Brand & Digital, including:

• Graphic Design Intern: Participate in content creation, from building a database of artists and photographers to assisting in shooting preparations and the development and execution of communication elements. Support the creation of support materials and the production of advertising campaigns. Must hold a bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Graphics, or similar degrees.
• Visual Design Intern: Assist in the creation and implementation of digital visual materials for 360° content (e-commerce, e-retail, CRM, POS), internal communications, and website design (Homepages, Landing pages, Product pages). Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive visual communication and optimize digital content. Must holda bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Graphics, or similar degrees.
• Visual Merchandising: Support the design, development, and implementation of pop-up stores, promotional sites, and displays across various Points of Sale. Participate in the elaboration of planograms, prototypes, renders, and technical drawings, and manage suppliers for material coordination and project organization. Must hold a bachelor’s degree of Architecture, Interior design or similar.
