The Opportunity: Driving Product Knowledge & Channel Success
We are seeking a highly motivated, travel-ready Bilingual Brand Enablement Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role acts as the bridge between our Sales Organization, the vendor and our global sales channels and key customers, ensuring deep and accurate understanding of our complex technological portfolio. If you are passionate about teaching, excel in dynamic presentations, and are comfortable traveling frequently, this is your chance to make a direct impact on our global sales success.
Key Responsibilities
I. Product Education & Training (Core Focus)- Develop and deliver high-impact educational materials (presentations, workshops, webinars) focused on new product features, technical specifications, value propositions, and competitive differentiation for our integrated systems.
- Conduct frequent, hands-on, live training sessions and workshops for internal sales teams, distributors, channel partners, and key customer technical staff.
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of training programs to ensure consistency and high quality of product knowledge across all touchpoints.
- Travel frequently (estimated [e.g., 30-50%]) to key markets to conduct product demonstrations, support major sales pitches, and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Act as a trusted technical product resource during the sales cycle to accelerate deal progression and solve knowledge gaps for complex integrated solutions.
- Gather direct, actionable feedback from the sales channels and customers regarding product usability and market needs, relaying insights back to Product and R&D teams.
- Create, translate, and maintain all product education content, sales tools, and technical documents in both fluent English and Spanish.
- Deliver professional presentations and lead technical workshops confidently and clearly in both languages.
