This is a full-time on-site role for a Booking Agent located in Alhaurín el Grande. The Booking Agent will be responsible for managing reservations using booking systems, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with clients to plan customized golf holiday experiences, and handling inquiries or changes to bookings. The role also includes assisting customers with sales and promoting travel packages tailored to their needs while maintaining professional communication. Negotiating with providers and ensuring seamless service delivery are key components of the job.
