Requisitos:

• Experiencia sólida en desarrollo frontend con React (hooks, context, estado global…).
• Experiencia práctica con Next.js (renderizado SSR/SSG, rutas dinámicas, optimización de imágenes…).

• Buen entendimiento de principios de UI/UX.

We are looking for a Sr Fleet Manager who is responsible for the safety, compliance and availability of the Fleet in their respective region in Spain. The candidate will need to determine the strategy of the team and understand where to simplify or extend solutions for the best outcome. This person will implement use of best practices and plays a central role within the larger fleet organization.

Key Functions For The Role Include

• Be the regional lead for health and safety of fleet. They will ensure vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with local regulations by performing audits and collating regional feedback through partnership with Fleet Compliance and Safety teams.
• Be the Single Threaded Leader for product and program launching across the ES regions. The Sr Fleet Manager will launch fleet operations initiatives and fleet-related programs. To be successful in this role, the Sr Fleet Manager is required to be a domain fleet expert, having deep knowledge of the conditions of local markets. The Sr Fleet Manager will support ES country expansion launches by building mechanisms to help manage the fleet.
• Strategically influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, in order to solve complex operational needs. The Sr Fleet Manager is responsible for defining a program with clear tenets and deliverables, and align stakeholders to achieve long-term priorities. They will be required to demonstrate the ability to negotiate and influence, showing backbone while dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage volatile vehicle demand across ES and make trade-offs between short-term and long-term risks. React to potential long-term risks with vehicle demand/supply and support strategic changes to mitigate them in ambiguous, vehicle-constrained markets. This will require technical expertise to balance tradeoffs between cost, quality, and speed.
• This role will be based in one of our delivery station within ES, and requires ability to travel 20-30% of time across the assigned region.

Your Missions

Product Vision: Own and shape the e-commerce roadmap

Project Management: Plan, run and follow up sprints and deadlines

Specifications: Write clear specs, frame features, monitor delivery ?

Coordination: Drive the day-to-day of the project team (dev, design, QA...)

Communication: Act as the key point between client, product, tech and sales

Performance: Track KPIs, challenge the status quo, propose impactful solutions

Ownership: Take full charge of delivery with autonomy and accountability

Internal product + tech team (React / Node)

Agile process (Kanban or 1-week sprints)

Strong product mindset + high level of independence

Profile

Must-Haves

Proven experience managing digital products end to end

Background in e-commerce or similar fast-paced environments

Comfortable with tools like Notion, Jira, Trello, Figma, Slack...

Organized, detail-oriented, strong analytical skills

Confident in prioritizing, making trade-offs and owning delivery

Language: French (native) and/or English (professional)
