We´re looking for a Senior Front-End Developer (React) to join our team in our office in Valencia.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional front-end development.
- 3+ years using React (16.8+) in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, including strict-mode.
- Hands-on experience writing unit tests (Jest) and E2E tests (Cypress or Playwright), with CI integration.
- Experience with TanStack Query (or similar) for REST/GraphQL data-fetching.
- Experience with React Hook Form (or equivalent) and schema-based validation for complex forms.
- Knowledge of modern state management patterns using Zustand, Redux, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with modern build tooling like Vite (preferred), Webpack 5, or similar ES-modules pipeline.
- Intermediate level of English.

Would be a plus:
- Proven ability to refactor large front-end codebases-optimising data-fetch patterns, state management, and component architecture.
- Deep familiarity with modern data-grid libraries-preferably TanStack React Table 8 (virtualised rows, column meta, server-side filtering/pagination).
- Experience building UIs with Chakra UI or equivalent component libraries with custom theming.
- Familiarity with Storybook.
- Experience designing and implementing infrastructure for AI agent systems.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance existing React/TypeScript UIs, emphasizing stability.
- Build new features on top of an established system, following defined architecture and design patterns.
- Drive stability efforts - quickly resolve critical bugs and regressions, and proactively refactor fragile parts of the codebase.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver frontend features on schedule without sacrificing code quality.
- Participate actively in code reviews, mentor teammates, and help maintain high standards for code hygiene, CI quality, and technical documentation.

• You will play a role in the design and development of our solution, on both functionally and technically sides.

Como Ingeniero/a Senior de Software en nuestro equipo global de I+D, tendrás un rol clave en el diseño y la implementación de aplicaciones de vigilancia electrónica de artículos (EAS), destinadas a clientes del sector retail a nivel mundial.

Este puesto requiere sólidas competencias en desarrollo de software embebido, y está orientado a respaldar el diseño y la optimización de nuestras soluciones innovadoras de hardware. Formarás parte de nuestro equipo de firmware/software con sede en Terrassa, colaborando en la entrega de sistemas embebidos, robustos, eficientes y escalables.

Objetivos y principales responsabilidades:

• Contribuir al desarrollo del concepto y al diseño de sistemas de hardware e interfaces para todos los proyectos relacionados con EAS. Las tareas pueden asignarse a nivel individual, en equipo o una combinación de ambos.
• Definir y gestionar la estrategia de DevOps de extremo a extremo, incluyendo la arquitectura de flujos de lanzamiento robustos.
• Mantener y optimizar los pipelines de CI/CD en GitHub Actions para automatizar la generación de versiones.
• Garantizar la calidad del código mediante pruebas unitarias automatizadas en Pull Requests e integración en el ciclo formal de lanzamientos.
• Actuar como experto en Ciberseguridad, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normativas EN18031 y CRA.
• Gestionar todo el ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software (SDLC), desde la toma de requisitos y evaluación de riesgos hasta el mantenimiento a largo plazo.
• Liderar la investigación y resolución de problemas complejos de campo (Nivel 2), realizando análisis de causa raíz.
• Participar en el equipo de innovación para investigar nuevas tecnologías y proporcionar orientación estratégica para su entrada al mercado
• Crear y mantener documentación de código completa (diagramas de arquitectura, diagramas de secuencia, especificaciones de API).

Formación y experiencia:

• Ingeniería informática o similar.

Desarrollar y mantener servicios backend con.NET Core 6/7/8

Mínimo 3 o 4 años de experiencia en desarrollo con Angular.

Experiencia con TypeScript y desarrollo de aplicaciones web.

Conocimiento en HTML, CSS y prácticas de desarrollo responsive.

Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).

Valoramos experiencia con React y plataforma Native y Jira.

Pero lo más importante es cómo lo hacemos : Somos un equipo cercano, accesible y muy humano. Ahora mismo somos unas 50 personas, con oficina central en Narón (A Coruña), pero con Landrit@s repartidos por diferentes rincones de España. Aun así, mantenemos una cultura de equipo muy fuerte: nos gusta vernos de vez en cuando, compartir momentos informales y pasarlo bien juntos.

Estamos ampliando varios equipos de desarrollo y necesitamos incorporar 5 Desarrolladores/as FullStack para trabajar en proyectos estratégicos del ámbito sanitario, especialmente relacionados con soluciones de diagnóstico clínico y sistema de información.

Te integrarás en un entorno técnico y muy colaborativo, donde trabajaras junto a Product Owner, Tech Lead, QA y otros desarrolladores. Formarás parte de equipos que trabajan bajo metodologías ágiles (Scrum) y que desarrollan software con tecnologías modernas y arquitecturas distribuidas.

Como Desarrollador/a FullStack Participarás En Todas Las Fases Del Ciclo De Vida Del Software, Contribuyendo Al Diseño, Desarrollo, Pruebas y Mantenimiento De Soluciones Críticas. Estas Serán Tus Áreas Clave

Desarrollo Frontend y Backend Implementar funcionalidades frontend con ReactJS.

Desarrollar servicios y lógica backend con Java, Spring Boot y arquitecturas event-driven/distribuidas.

Diseño, Implementación y Pruebas Diseñar componentes y unidades que cumplan con requisitos funcionales y no funcionales.

Implementar código siguiendo buenas prácticas de ingeniería. Crear y mantener pruebas automáticas unitarias y de integración.

Documentar código, unidades, pruebas y cualquier artefacto necesario.

Gestión de Defectos y Soporte Analizar incidentes, problemas y defectos.

Corregir defectos y aportar soluciones técnicas.

Colaborar con soporte global para aportar fixes, parches y nuevas versiones.

Participación en el Ciclo Scrum Analizar elementos del product backlog.

Estimar el esfuerzo de las tareas del sprint.

Comprometerse con el sprint backlog y entregar incrementos de valor.

Participar en las demos y retrospectivas, aportando feedback y acciones de mejora.

Colaboración y Comunicación Trabajar de forma coordinada con el resto del equipo de desarrollo y QA.

Reportar estado, riesgos y bloqueos.

Comunicarte eficazmente en inglés y español.

Mejora continua Participar en la optimización de procesos para mejorar la eficiencia y calidad del software.

Proponer mejores técnicas y de automatización.

Requisitos y Competencias Experiencia mínima de 2 años en roles similares de desarrollo FullStack.

Formación en Ingeniería Informática o FP II / CFGS en Desarrollo de Software.

Conocimientos sólidos de: ReactJS (frontend)

Java y Spring Boot (backend)

Arquitectura distribuida y event-driven

Pruebas automáticas (unitarias e integración)

Uso de herramientas como Git, ArgoCD, Jenkins, SonarQube, Terraform, Ansible.

Experiencia dockerizando proyectos (Docker, Kubernetes).

Conocimiento en bases de datos relacionales, documentales y caché.

Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles (Scrum).

Nivel avanzado de inglés.

Valorables Experiencia previa en entornos sanitarios o regulados.

Conocimiento de DevOps y automatización avanzada.

Contribución a la mejora continua de procesos y pipelines.
