About The Role
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of web applications, working across both the frontend and backend. Estamos en búsqueda de un Desarrollador Frontend con experiencia demostrable de 2 años en React y UX, para unirse a nuestra AI Factory.
¿Cómo será tu día a día?
- Participarás en la creación de la AI Factory de Deloitte Technology.
- Formarás parte de un equipo multinacional.
- Desplegarás toda tu creatividad identificando áreas de mejora y posibilidades de automatización, proponiendo mejoras que cubran dichas oportunidades .
- Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener el frontend de los casos de uso basados en inteligencia artificial, asegurando una experiencia de usuario intuitiva y eficiente en nuestra plataforma.
- Colaborar con el equipo técnico en la integración de componentes de backend, utilizando tecnologías como Python, Java y frameworks de IA.
- Identificar y proponer mejoras en los casos de uso para potenciar la automatización de procesos en diferentes áreas de negocio.
- Implementar y ajustar componentes de IA desde la interfaz de usuario, optimizando la interacción y la visualización de los resultados.
Ante todo, buscamos a alguien con iniciativa, espíritu crítico y facilidad para trabajar en equipo y para encontrar entre todos la mejor solución para los retos de nuestra Firma.
Técnicamente, encajarás en el puesto si cumples con estos requisitos:
- Grado o grado superior en Ingeniería de Informática, Matemáticas o carreras afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en desarrollo frontend utilizando React. Se valorarán conocimientos de otras tecnologías web modernas (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Angular).
- Conocimientos en integración de APIs y gestión de estado en React (Redux, Context API, etc.).
- Experiencia demostrable en desarrollo de software y conocimientos en programación en Python.
- Nivel alto de inglés hablado y escrito, para colaborar en un entorno multinacional.
- Persona organizada, polivalente y analítica, con capacidad para gestionar tareas y encontrar soluciones.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y compromiso con los objetivos comunes. Capacidad de trabajo en equipo con una actitud proactiva y enfocada en la colaboración.
- Certificaciones técnicas en desarrollo frontend o en tecnologías de inteligencia artificial.
- Conocimientos o experiencia en despliegue de soluciones en entornos cloud, preferentemente en Azure.
- Capacidad de comunicación, organización y trabajo en equipo, con iniciativa y sentido común para resolver problemas de manera autónoma.

Descripción
- Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones web utilizando React y NodeJS.
- Implementar y optimizar mecanismos de sincronización de datos.
- Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo para integrar funcionalidades y resolver problemas.
- Garantizar que las aplicaciones cumplan con los estándares de rendimiento y seguridad.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
- Grado o formación equivalente en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar.
- Al menos 5 años de experiencia trabajando como desarrollador/a fullstack con NodeJS y React.
- Experiencia en la creación y gestión de APIs RESTful.
- Experiencia previa en proyectos relacionados con mecanismos de sincronización.
- Nociones en multithreading y optimización de recursos.
- Capacidad para trabajar con metodologías ágiles como Scrum o Kanban.
- Valorable conocimiento en tecnologías de despliegue y cloud computing (AWS)
- Valorable experiencia en testing de apps.
