About the role

What You´ll Do
- Product UI & UX Design
- Work from product problems and requirements to user journeys, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
- Create low-fi wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in tools like Figma, and evolve them based on feedback and user insights
- Ensure visual consistency, clarity, and usability across all Destinus UIs.
- Product UI Development
- Implement your designs in React, building interactive and user-friendly interfaces for our web applications.
- Maintain a strong focus on clarity, usability, and consistency.
- Data & Operations Dashboards
- Design and implement dashboards and monitoring tools that present complex UAV and operational data in a clear, actionable way (tables, charts, maps, status views, alerts).
- Design System & Reusable Components
- Help define, implement, and evolve a library of reusable UI components and patterns to ensure consistency and speed across our products — both in design (Figma) and in code (React)
- Quality & Testing
- Implement and maintain automated tests for the frontend to ensure reliability of our mission-critical systems
- Performance & Reliability
- Continuously improve the performance, responsiveness, and robustness of our frontend applications, particularly for data-heavy and real-time views.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, backend engineers, and domain experts to understand user needs and workflows, validate design solutions, and ensure smooth integration, deployment, monitoring, and observability of the UI
What You'll Need
- TypeScript/JavaScript and React - you can design, build, and maintain complex frontends.
- Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture
- Component-driven development.
- State management (e.g. Redux, jotai, Zustand, Recoil, or similar)
- Routing and application structure
- Solid HTML5 & CSS3 skills (or CSS-in-JS/utility frameworks such as Tailwind, styled - components, etc.) and responsive design
- Experience working with RESTful APIs to integrate frontend with backend services.
- Experience building data-rich UIs (dashboards, tables, charts, monitoring/operations tools).
- Familiarity with testing frontend applications (e.g. Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress or similar).
- Comfortable working in a Linux environment and with Git-based workflows.
- Hands-on UX/UI design experience - you are comfortable going from rough problem statement to wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI proposals, and then implementing them yourself.
- Experience with UX/UI tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) for designing flows, layouts, and interactive prototypes
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and users
Nice to have
- Experience collaborating on or contributing to a design system or reusable UI component library.
- Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g. Recharts, D3, Chart.js, ECharts) for building dashboards and operational tools.
- Understanding of accessibility (a11y) and inclusive design best practices.
- Experience with performance optimization in React (code splitting, memoization, profiling, Web Vitals).
- Familiarity with
- AWS (for hosting and delivering frontend applications).
- Docker and container-based development workflows.

This role is 50% product and UX design and 50% frontend implementation, and you enjoy owning the full loop from UX and UI design to production ready React code. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is growing rapidly, and we are looking for Data Center Technician Interns to join our expanding team.
This position involves hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repair. All interns will be exposed to independent work and in a team. Work prioritization, organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to react quickly are critical to being successful.
As an intern, you will participate in our 12-week internship program in Zaragoza Data Centers.
You MUST have access to your own transport.
Duties & Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to provide our internal workforce with infrastructure related support, resolving tickets related to HW (Motherboard, RAM, CPU, GPU, etc) and networking tickets (Link Down, Optics Replacements, Switch Replacements, etc).
In addition to hardware and network repair, interns will learn how to install equipment, create documentation, innovate solutions, and fix complex problems within the data centre space.
Duties include:
• Hardware troubleshoot in servers which are not live with an AWS technician´s supervision
• Understand the importance to meet SLA´s against assigned trouble tickets
• Follow the AWS technician´s during network troubleshooting
• Replace Media (SSD/HDD) according with AWS Data Tech guidance
• Perform regular server hardware repairs (drives, motherboards etc) under the guidance of experienced techs
• Interact with third party vendors & contractors who are working on site
Amazon internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 12 consecutive weeks. This position requires the intern to report to work onsite on a daily basis. Intern schedules are typically day schedules, Monday-Friday. A full-time position as a Data Centre Tech could involve day, evening, or weekend shifts and on-call rotations.

Role Overview
This is a 100% new business sales role with primary focus on building strong relationships with decision makers in Retail, Hospitality and F&B segments, in particular merchants with strong international footfall. The goal is to secure new customers to our core suite of products and services (Gateway, Acquiring, DCC, Tax Free). The asset will work closely with the Sales Director, Key and Global Account Managers, Sales Support, Marketing, Product, Operations, Legal, GTM and wider teams to sell our solutions to these new customers and secure a high customer stisfaction.
What You Will Do
- Lead the review and segmentation of opportunities in the Retail, Hospitality and F&B Sectors and the building of commercial business cases to support investments.
- Build an annual Sales Development plan. Develop and nurture a pipeline of business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual new business sales targets.
- Maximise revenue opportunities and ensure business is profitable.
- Manage the customer relationship until they are handled to an Account Manager.

- Must have proven experience in new business B2B sales, preferably within retail, hospitality, F&B merchant acquiring or related service Industry.
- Must have previous sales experience to selling to operations/information technology/finance stakeholders and an understanding of retail, hospitality and F&B technology.
- Proven knowledge of current sales techniques and strong working knowledge of developing a sales pipeline and sales development plan.
- Proven track record in managing and the delivery of new business targets
- A knowledge of the UK retail, hospitality and F&B industry or IT solutions within these sectors would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Card Acquiring, DCC, payment solutions, Tax Free, EPOS systems, e-commerce related dynamics, would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the card schemes pricing models and experience of negotiating merchant acquiring agreements within the market.

About the role
You will join the Expert Retention team, responsible for rewards, incentives, community, communication, and support the systems that keep experts active and engaged on the Arbolus platform.
This is a full-stack product engineering role. You’ll work across React, .NET, PostgreSQL, and AWS, building features used daily by our experts. You’ll also be expected to understand the business impact of what you build and use data to guide decisions.
We are an AI-forward team. We expect engineers to use tools like Claude, Cursor, Codex, and MCPs as part of their daily workflow to move faster and build better.
Key responsibilities you will be in charge of
Owning features end-to-end: design, implementation, release, and iteration
Working with Product and Data to turn business goals into shipped solutions
Using metrics and experiments to improve retention and engagement
This role directly reports to the Engineering Manager and is based in our Barcelona office.
Requirements to succeed in this role

Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
6+ years of professional backend development experience
Strong in .NET, PostgreSQL, and React
Comfortable working with AWS, Docker, and GitHub

Used to owning features in production, not just writing code
Able to make decisions based on data and business metrics
Comfortable working in a hybrid, cross-location team

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Define and execute the front-end technical strategy, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with product and AI goals.
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers, data scientists, designers, and product managers to deliver intelligent, data-driven user experiences.
- Integrate AI-powered components (e.g., chatbots, assistants, content generators, predictive UI) into modern web applications.
- Mentor other engineers, promoting excellence in coding practices, architecture decisions, and technical problem-solving.
- Establish and enforce standards for code quality, accessibility, performance optimization, and testing.
- Partner with backend and DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Continuously identify opportunities to use AI and automation to enhance both development workflows and end-user experiences.
Must-have Skills
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 5+ years specializing in React and TypeScript.
- Proven experience architecting and scaling enterprise-grade front-end applications.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Vertex AI, Anthropic, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement AI-enhanced interfaces that improve usability, personalization, or automation.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), React Hooks, and state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, or Recoil).
- Proficiency with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) and performance profiling tools.
- Experience integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced English level, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
Nice-to-have
- Familiarity with Next.js, Micro Frontends, and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Background in data visualization or AI-driven UX design.
- Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in tech communities.
- Experience leading distributed teams in agile environments.
