We are looking for a motivated & proactive Operations Manager to join our fast-growing fashion tech + AI startup based in Alicante, Spain. Ideally, you would be working physically with the Grimmor team twice per week.

You will be key in running day-to-day operations, ensuring everything flows — from internal processes to partner coordination. You should thrive in a fast-paced, horizontal structure, take initiative without waiting to be asked, and be comfortable managing and monitoring multiple moving parts.
