Role Description

The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Marbella. The role involves managing and leading sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building relationships with clients. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with marketing teams to drive lead generation, negotiating with clients, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends. This role requires a focus on excellence in customer relationship management and represents an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a premium real estate environment.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic planning and sales strategy development
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and experience in the property sector is preferred
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Dynamic and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
