Position Summary

METT Marbella is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Clerk to support the daily

operations of the Finance Department. The ideal candidate will assist with accounting tasks,

maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with internal policies and hospitality

industry standards. Experience in hotels or hospitality is highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities

• Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

• Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on discrepancies

• Assist with daily income audit and revenue reconciliation

• Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems

• Support payroll administration and expense tracking

• Prepare bank deposits and perform bank reconciliiations

• Assist with monthly closing procedures

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and local regulations

• Support internal and external audits

• Collaborate with other departments regarding billing and financial matters.


Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Previous experience in a finance or accounting role (hospitality experience preferred)

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Good communication skills in English (Spanish is an advantage)
