Job Purpose

The role of Operations Team leader is important to us. You will be responsible for managing the Operations Team in Spain. This includes dispatch, installations, commissioning, onboarding, customer service and tech. You will be responsible for all KPI’s, SLA’s and managing stock levels. You will be responsible for ensuring the 1-day dispatch SLA is achieved, 80% of new customers are onboarded, 90% of commissioned devices pass at point of commissioning, technical tickets are dealt with within SLA and devices are installed within the SLA.

Your Responsibilities Day To Day Will Be…

  • Ownership of the Distribution and Implementation Key KPI’s & SLA’s and reporting into the Business
  • Oversee and support daily activities of the Operations Team (dispatch, installation, commissioning, onboarding, customer service, tech support).
  • Performance Monitoring & KPI Management. Track and report on key KPIs: Ensure 1-day dispatch SLA is met. Maintain at least 80% onboarding rate for new customers. Ensure 90% of devices pass at commissioning point. Ensure technical tickets are resolved within SLA. Ensure installations are completed within SLA.
  • Identify underperformance and implement corrective actions.
  • Being responsible for supporting all channels of customer SME, Corporate & Project
  • Responsible for the delivery of improvements in terms of strategy, systems, processes and training across implementation and distribution in Span.
  • Highlight orders out of SLA to the relevant dispatch operatives and managing the team to ensure all locations stay on the next day dispatch target.
  • Implement contingency plans to ensure that sufficient resource is available in each location across implantation and dispatch.
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures relating to all Spanish Operations requirements.
  • Co-ordinate monthly stock take in all locations, troubleshooting any variance and feeding data back into the finance teams.
  • Manage the individual units in Spanish to ensure accurate and timely communication with stock control for the ordering of new stock and consumables.
  • Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
  • Assign tasks appropriately and appraise results for the Operations team.
  • Work closely with the Southern EU Operations Manager to escalate any issues and report on performance.

  • You have Operations experience.
  • You have a record of success in client-facing deployments (where necessary, managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solutions/projects).
  • You have the ability to effectively manage priorities, deliver on time, and communicate effectively internally and with customers.
  • You are a self-starter who wants to get things done, can be relied on, and creates an environment where people can excel with the customer front and centre.
