Key Responsibilities

• Curates a well-executed selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to high standards of preparation, presentation and taste.
• Engages with guests in a professional and friendly manner, taking orders, making tailored recommendations and providing detailed information about beverage offerings.
• Processes payments with accuracy and efficiency, handles cash and operates the point-of-sale system.
• Maintains strong knowledge of the beverage menus, including ingredients, flavours and preparation methods, staying updated on industry trends.
• Maintains a clean and organised bar area, always stocked with appropriate supplies, garnishes and glassware.
• Applies effective inventory management techniques, including accurate tracking of usage, timely reordering of supplies and regular stock checks.
• Adheres to all health and safety regulations, supporting The Pacha Group’s commitment to cleanliness, sanitation and responsible beverage handling.
• Collaborates with team members, including Servers, Chefs and Managers to ensure a consistent and well-coordinated service experience.

What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record in a luxury hotel or resort environment in a bartending role, delivering consistent guest experiences.
• A bartending certification or related professional training is preferred.
• Maintains a well-groomed appearance at all times, aligned with the group’s grooming standards.
• Strong knowledge of a wide range of beverages, cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests, peers and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple orders accurately and prioritise tasks effectively.
• A proactive approach and attention to detail, ensuring operational standards are maintained.
• A comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays, in line with the operational needs of The Pacha Group.
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
• Holds the legal right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in full compliance with local regulations.
• Personally settled on the island with accommodation already arranged is a must.
• Brings a positive attitude that aligns with the spirit of The Pacha Group.
