We are Voxel, a global leader in the Tourism & Horeca sector, providing solutions in electronic invoicing, electronic payments, and supply chain digitalization.We are looking for a Program Manager whose role will be to lead and supervise projects and product development initiatives in the Compliance area (electronic invoicing) at Voxel.In coordination with Product Managers and company stakeholders, you will manage the initiative backlog for the Compliance Product for new electronic invoicing projects, keeping the backlog prioritized and updating the status of each initiative at all times.Along with the Product team, you will orchestrate Compliance initiatives from legal analysis, administrative requirements of each country, partner management, functional analysis, product development, testing, to PRD.With the Product team and technical teams, you will facilitate the necessary sessions to define the project's functional scope.In coordination with the Product Team (legal analysts, functional analysts, and Product Owners), you will be responsible for defining the scope, roadmap, effort, and cost of each product feature.You will supervise, in coordination with Product Owners, the technological development of the product to meet proposed goals in time and scope.For new platform functionalities or services, you will be responsible for managing pilot implementations with clients.You will structure the internal working team for each initiative: development team, analysis team, legal, activation, customer care, etc.Along with Product Managers, you will interact with service partners.Ensure compliance with the methodology and tools used by the product-compliance team.Manage project deviations (new requirements or scope changes).Periodically report the progress status of the projects to Product Managers.Ensure that documentation for Compliance projects is complete for external and internal users.Be responsible for billing all services and ensuring that all implemented services can be billed in the future (contracts and invoicing).Administratively manage the relationship with service partners or providers: contracts, invoicing, SLA compliance…Coordinate training for user areas and handover to the operations and sales team.Actively participate in the organization's continuous improvement processes.What are we looking for?University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar.Experience in managing similar programs/projects: management software or implementation of back-office automation toolsKnowledge of program/project management (PMI/agile)Experience leading product development teamsHigh level of communication (assertiveness), leadership, proactivity, organization and negotiationKnowledge of project management tools such as Project, Monday, Kanbanize, or othersAt Voxel, we develop technological solutions for small and large companies with the aim of digitalizing purchasing, invoicing and payment processes.
