¿Cuál será tu rol?

• Asesorar jurídicamente a clientes internacionales en materia de extranjería, inmigración y nacionalidad española.

• Gestionar de forma integral expedientes de residencia y trabajo, profesionales altamente cualificados, teletrabajadores internacionales, emprendedores, familiares de ciudadanos españoles y de la UE, estudiantes, arraigos y otras autorizaciones.


• Preparar, revisar y presentar solicitudes ante las administraciones competentes.


• Realizar el seguimiento de los procedimientos hasta su resolución.


• Gestionar incidencias, requerimientos y situaciones migratorias complejas.


• Mantener una comunicación clara, cercana y profesional con clientes internacionales durante todo el procedimiento.


• Trabajar de forma coordinada con nuestros equipos de Global Mobility, Tax, Corporate, Relocation y Litigation.

¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos un perfil jurídico con experiencia que pueda asumir expedientes y clientes con un alto nivel de autonomía.

• Grado o Licenciatura en Derecho.


• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia profesional en Derecho de Extranjería e Inmigración en España.


• Conocimiento sólido de la Ley Orgánica 4/2000, su normativa de desarrollo y la Ley 14/2013.


• Experiencia gestionando expedientes migratorios de principio a fin.


• Inglés mínimo C1, oral y escrito.

Main Mission

At PwC, our people in audit and assurance focus on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information enhancing the credibility and reliability of this information with a variety of stakeholders. They evaluate compliance with regulations including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls.

In digital assurance at PwC, you will focus on providing assurance services over clients' digital environment, including processes and controls, cyber security measures, data and AI systems, and their associated governance, to help organisations and their stakeholders build trust in their technology while complying with relevant regulations.

PwC precisa incorporar estudiantes de Ingenierias (Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Organización de las TIC,...) Matemáticas y/o ADE con enfoque tecnológico de último curso para incorporarse en la división de Auditoría específicamente en el área de Digital Assurance con el fin de dar apoyo al equipo en relación a:

• Revisión y análisis del entorno de infraestructura tecnológica y sistemas ERP.
• Entendimiento, análisis y revisión de los procesos de negocio y los controles vinculados a ellos.
• Análisis y tratamiento masivo de datos (Data Analytics/Big Data).
• Evaluación del entorno de ciberseguridad, y de cómo las compañías controlan los riesgos relacionados.
• Desarrollo de soluciones digitales enfocadas a la auditoría de datos y procesos financieros.
  
  

Desde nuestro departamento de Digital Assurance tendrás la oportunidad de conocer cómo funcionan y trabajan las grandes empresas de cada uno de los sectores del mercado junto con el equipo de auditoría financiera.

Desde el punto de vista de la auditoría, te sumergirás en los entornos de control IT de las grandes empresas españolas y en el funcionamiento de sus procesos de negocio, ayudándoles a identificar riesgos y posibles puntos de mejora de sus sistemas y controles.

Horario: full time o media jornada de mañanas

Alto nivel de inglés deseable

Capacidad de gestión y trabajo en equipo
