New dedicated role, based in Madrid, to oversee and implement global privacy frameworks and provide centralised leadership and accountability for driving privacy in design. This role would also act as the Data Protection Office, a required role in the EU. We see AI, RPA and other forms of technology being key in successfully deploying this model at scale across ALS. However, like many of the new AI innovations, human-centered oversight is still critical for effective governance and pragmatic solution delivery.
