As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in leading the agenda across our regional operations.
You will responsible for France, Spain, Portugal and Italy.
Your mission: align local HR initiatives with global Group , while creating a thriving, high-performing, and attractive workplace.
You’ll work closely with the Regional South management team and local leaders to drive organizational development, foster leadership excellence, and support key people initiatives that empower our teams and support our business goals.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the local strategy in alignment with global Group and goals.
- Develop and execute operational and tactical HR plans to support regional objectives.
- Act as a trusted partner to the Regional South management team and coach local leaders in all people-related matters.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting in collaboration with controlling.
- Promote and embed the company’s culture, values, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Facilitate key people processes such as performance development, team effectiveness, change management, and talent development.
- Participate in global projects and networks, dedicating at least 10% of your time to driving group-wide initiatives.
- Stay informed on external HR trends and best practices to keep the organization at the forefront of modern People & Culture strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the global community and local managers to ensure consistent and effective HR support.
✅ What You Bring
- Proven experience in a strategic HR or People & Culture role, within an international and matrixed organization.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a passion for developing people and organizations.
- High emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Solid business acumen and ability to translate business needs into people strategies.
- A proactive and flexible approach, with strong problem-solving and change management skills.
- A deep belief in people’s potential, and a drive to create a motivating and inclusive work environment.
- Fluency in Spanish, French, and English is required. You should be comfortable communicating professionally in all three languages.
