Job Description Summary

We are looking for a temporary Representative to manage consignment contracts, orders, and inventory for products shipped to customers.

Coordinate logistics and returns with internal teams and external partners

Track KPIs, analyze data, and ensure compliance with processes.

This role will become permanent and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to stay if chosen.

Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Guarantee the correct traceability of the consignment products
• Create the consignment contracts in the system accordingly
• Manage the fill up orders related with the consignment contract agreement
• Control the process of shipping and return of our products from customer to our Local Warehouse
• Coordinate returns and deliveries to customers with the different logistics operators
• Manage stock movements between customers and the SRep Trunk Stock ensuring compliance with BD processes
• Analyze inventory stock counts and generate the adjustments related to it on time
• Create Excel files to properly track different KPI’s related to consignment management
• Direct contact with internal (Sales, Finance, etc) and external customers.
  
  

Qualifications

• Vocational training or Formative cycle.
• Fluency in English
• Proficient in the use of a personal computer with intermediate level of keyboard skills, SAP, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
• Knowledge of computer systems (SAP)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Team oriented, proactive, with effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables under tight deadlines
• Ability to work in a matrix organization
