We are looking for a bright, dedicated person to join us for an internship to provide hands-on support and takes on a variety of tasks to plan and execute event management in the area of Marketing & Communication. You will also be working closely with our international colleagues, internal and external partners. The function will be based at the Palacio de la Bolsa de Madrid (Plaza de la Lealtad, 1).

What You Will Do 

• Support global event managers in event organization and event logistics 
• Support in organization of local and international events, meetings and event cooperation
• Provide ad hoc support to the events team in their daily work and digital aspects
• Execution of online events  
• On-site support at Events

What You Bring 

• Higher university or superior education in Marketing, Communication, Economics or Events Organization
• Strong organizational skills and personal flexibility 
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment 
• Strong digital skillset 
• Willingness to work autonomously and effectively across teams 
• Very good level of spoken and written English and Spanish
