In the Supply Chain team and being part of the Sustainability BUFF® SQUAD, you will have the operational responsibility in the organization, working with different areas to ensure the execution of our Sustainability strategy.
You will have 4 main pillars:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the sustainability function:
- Waste Management (annual waste declaration, process improvement...) and monitoring of the organization's consumption.
- Propose, achieve and monitor environmental KPIs, including the calculation of the carbon footprint.
- Documenting and auditing the environmental management system based in ISO 14001 and other standards.
- Be responsible for completing annual environmental declarations (DARI, ECOEMBES, ReFashion, among others).
- Create and coordinate the Sustainability Report and other Non-Financial Information (EINF).
- Handle completion of customer sustainability questionnaires.
- Support to the People Sustainability Partner in the implementation of the company's strategic sustainability plan, aligned with BCorp.
- Support to the Marketing Sustainability Partner in the implementation of the company's strategic sustainability plan, aligned with BCorp.
- Support to the Sustainability team in the development of the annual budget and its execution, executing the budget on social and community issues, and managing sustainability spending (tracking POs...).
- Education: Environmental sciences, Engineer or Master degree linked to sustainability or similar.
- Languages: English B2/C1
- Desirable but not mandatory:
- Experience in a similar position
- Microsoft Office 360
- Permanent contract
- Flexible remuneration: Salary fixed 18-22K€ + 10% variable.
