CTO - Leading Digital Transformation in a large Real Estate company (Madrid) - Prinex, Architecture

A leading Real Estate company, who have been growing rapidly over the last few years after receiving significant investment, are looking for a CTO to join and lead them through a large digital transformation journey.

In this role, the CTO will:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with their ambitious business goals.
• Lead the digital transformation project, overseeing the integration of new technologies and processes.
• Build a high-performing and results-oriented IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage and optimize the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.
• Provide vision and leadership to develop IT initiatives including the development of business applications, data management, and application architecture.
• Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and deliver IT solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for further innovation.

You are the ideal CTO if you possess:

• Experience in the real estate sector.
• Experience leading successful digital transformation projects.
• Experience with Prinex.
• Experience leading teams across the whole technology department, including Data, Applications, ERP, Infrastructure and Software Engineering.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable IT solutions.
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
